The hotel was not very customer friendly the carpets need repair. The place is basically dingy didn’t like it at all. Shows very nice pictures but not very good. Receptionist was friendly. The night receptionist was unfriendly would let our cab driver in told me to walk out in the rain take my bags out in the rain and refuse to open the door. The reason for the three star is that the location was fantastic.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Garden Elysee! The front desk was super friendly, and the rooms were clean and the bed was comfy. We loved that it was a short walking distance to great restaurants and the Trocadéro! We will come back again and stay here.
