Our room was small , well decorated , and very clean . The staff were so nice and helpful. The hotel is very close to the Eiffel Tower and there are many restaurants nearby. I highly recommend staying here . I would definitely stay here again!

The staff was AMAZING! They were so helpful and kind, answering questions and helping book my cab. The room was clean and the refreshed daily. The breakfast was simple but delicious. And the area was PERFECT! Just a 10 min walk to see the Eiffel Tower. The hotel is perfectly located within walking distance of several bus lines and the Metro as well as numerous shops and cafes.

Ants !!! A million ants in my room . The air conditioner was not controlled in room . The guy at the front desk played videos so loud I could not sleep . I literally made a noise complaint to the front desk on the front desk . 1 star

The hotel is overpriced for an average room. The room was quite small and just enough for one person. I can understand the area was good, but it was definitely expensive for just a small room. The other guests made a lot of noise throughout my stay. I heard people speaking loudly through the different floors. I liked the area, but wouldn’t go back to the same hotel.

Be aware that the room is advertised as having AC/ Heat but it is controlled by the hotel. I had to ask to have the temperature changed and then on the last night (after having been there a week!) it was turned off altogether. I called the front desk and I was told I'd have to open my windows if I wanted it cooler because they were now only allowing heating. This was mid October and still too warm for me. After a few minutes of arguing the person turned it back on. Very aggravating especially after having spent almost $3000 for my stay and this was our last night! The bathroom sink is tiny (like the size of a salad plate and shallow) and there is no electrical outlet to use in or around the bathroom so we had to use the one by the bed. Small things but pretty annoying, Would not stay there again.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. Just a few minutes' walk from the Eiffel Tower and surrounded by plenty of dining options, from casual cafés to more upscale restaurants. It made exploring the city so easy and enjoyable. The staff was helpful and welcoming throughout my stay. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for convenience, comfort, and great service in the heart of Paris.
