Communication, service, no wifi for over a day. Staff demanded the key to be left at desk (day 4?!) unknown to us. Breakfast (free as a sorry) was fine. Would I stay here again… 2 nights most expensive room and then 2 and a lesser room. Nope. Staff had crap communication. Eg. Asked for cork screw (fine when we had $$$$ room, not ok when we had $ room…).

Came back again 6 years later… still amazing!

I stayed here 6 years ago the last time I was in Paris, so we had to stay again! It’s the perfect location close to both metro and bus stops. The rooms are clean and staff is extremely friendly. We had 2 separate rooms both with different layouts. One was very well lit and the other was more spacious however the light was only via the bedside table lamps. So it was quite dark throughout the evening. My only complaint is that you have to return the key each time you leave the property and request for your key to access your room when you return. It worked out ok, but it wasn’t ideal if your group split up and needed to enter at seperate times as there’s only one key distributed per room. It also isn’t ideal if the front desk is ever on a break or is away from their post, or even if they are busy handling another guest.

We had a great time at the hotel Banville the staff were wonderful. The food was great. They were very good to me. I had to use a wheelchair and they started for me. Really nice people.

Staff was friendly and kind the room was clean and comfortable had the full French feel and was cozy. Transportation was a 2-4 min walk and easy to explore the sites from the hotel.
