The impression of the property at first sight is old and unattractive although the room is small, it is well kept, clean, well organized, includes a small balcony and it is comfortable. The breakfast is a typical French breakfast; croissants, pastries, toasts, boiled eggs, yogurts, ham and cheese-which is good and enough. The room is well heated. The staff is excellent and friendly. Answer all questions and engage in conversation. They are extremely helpful and friendly. Very accommodating. I would consider staying if our room did not face the streets. There is a lot of noise in the morning. Overall, great affordable place to stay.

Great location, quiet room on the top floor. Not large, but you don't come to Paris to spend time in your hotel. Staff were friendly, breakfast was convenient, if simple. The complimentary wine was a welcome touch!
