I feel like it should be cheaper than it was. The property and rooms are old. Carpets need replacing. Check out was at 11:30am and housekeeping knocked my door and tried to enter 3 times. At 11:20 I told her I was leaving in 10 minutes and she was annoyed. Then the elevator was full of linen so we had to take the stairs. Linens were clean though.

We chose this hotel because it was close (but not too close) to the Gare du Nord. It is small and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We didn't have breakfast there as we don't usually eat breakfast so I cannot comment on that. Very clean room and comfy bed, our shower room looked newly done. Only criticism is that the carpets on our landing need replacing. Very good for the money.

Two couples, four night stay, exploring Paris. Out all day after an excellent breakfast at the hotel. Our two rooms were recently refurbished, clean and perfectly adequate. All staff we came into contact with were friendly, polite and helpful. The hotels price/location were great for us - very easy to get to wherever we wanted to go in Paris. We had a great time.

Pros: Staff was kind and helpful. Restrooms look remodeled and clean. There was a safe provided. Beds were clean and housekeeping did a great job of cleaning up daily. Cone: Property itself was poor compared to my expectations. Our room floor was slanted, making all the furniture slanted. The room was on the smaller side. There was no AC but they did provide us with a fan, but still the room ran hot. The walls are definitely thin and you can hear everything around you.

Unplanned Overnight, Great Choice

Had an unexpected layover with a vanvelled flight, and was very happy with my choice. Spacious rooms, full bathroom, hot shower with good pressure, and 12pm checkout. Very clean and warm duvets. Great location, few mins to Gare du Nord and staff were lovely!

Best price in the area when we booked, and it's a great area. 10 minute walk from Gare du Nord. Breakfast is great value if you have to get out before the boulangeries open. Front desk folks were great.

Property is situated in close proximity to public transport, rooms are clean, staff is friendly & responsive. Would have preferred room with Patio as advertised on Expedia, however received room with window facing back of property which is clustered and not much of natural air. Shower space was quite cramped, making it very uncomfortable for normal sized person. Breakfast was not value for money, most of my stay they ran out of croissants by 10 and was served with dry bread which is far too much for 6 Euros.
