I thought it was a lovely hotel and staff was wonderful . Worked perfectly for my stay . Didn’t give 5 stars because I had to ask for a fridge or a bin to be brought in (which they did and was great) but just thinking it shouldn’t have to be asked for some with body wash which wasn’t refilled until I inquired. Other than that it was absolutely perfect and clean . One of the most pleasant staff members I saw in hotels all over the world

The main issue was the shower door was not a watertight fit, leading to water leaking out into the rest of the bathroom area, which was cramped anyway. But service was great.

Staff was very kind and helpful. My room was very rundown and I could hear the conversation of the people in the next room. I couldn’t make air conditioner work and noise from outside with the window open was very loud. I was disappointed.

The staff were super friendly and nice. The double beds are small and the head lamps lean in to the bed, noisy from outside. Overall though it’s Paris and you get what you pay for

Hotel location was fab. V close to a metro & gare du nord. Few downfall was our room was right next to the lift, so extremely noise, hear doors opening & closing. Had tea/coffee facilities but NO long life milk, am not a black coffee lover!

Very friendly staff. They had a luggage service so we could leave our suitcases with them early on before checking in, then go explore Paris. What was disappointing was the shower: it was very cramped and the double door let the water out, so the whole bathroom was flooded instantly.

Comfortable to sleep in but the rooms are small and there were bugs (mosquitos and flies) in my room. The hotel was conveniently located near the train station and many restaurants, although it wasn’t in the nicest part of Paris with some parts feeling a little sketchy.

Amazing Paris stay!

Great price for an excellent location and stay! The room was small but offered everything we needed. Beautiful views of the city and great location near the train stations. If you are sensitive to noise, you may not like the city noise, but I personally slept like a rock! The service was great, front desk gave us great recommendations and were super friendly.

Whilst the bedroom and bathroom were very small (a small shower!) they were very clean. With clean white bedding and towels changed every day. The road outside is very noisy, but close the double glazed balcony doors and switch on the air con and you will keep cool and hardly hear the street noise. The towels are too small and the electric sockets in our room needed some attention, but a couple of them worked fine. Breakfast was good value for13 euros each. The staff are kind and helpful and speak good English. Hotel is very close to Gare de L’Est SNCF and metro station.
