This was a great location for us - travelling with two teens. The rooms were quiet and the balcony option was wonderful to take in the atmosphere of the neighborhood. It was a quick walk to the Argentine metro station for getting around a many wonderful restaurants were within a 15 minute walk.

The best part about this hotel is its location — walkable surroundings that are easy to navigate. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. We stayed for 4 nights, and throughout our stay, the shower in our room did not work. Despite reporting the issue to the front desk daily, it was never fixed. Each time, we received a generic apology card, but no action. We were also not offered an alternative room, making it a frustrating and uncomfortable experience. Other basics were equally disappointing: The in-room coffee was of poor quality. The machine appeared unclean, which made us avoid using it altogether. The bedsheets didn’t feel freshly laundered and had a musty odor, raising hygiene concerns. The spa advertised on the website was a complete letdown — a dark, uninviting basement space with no staff present. When we asked the front desk, they seemed unaware the hotel even had a spa. Several standard amenities you’d expect at even mid-range hotels, especially in the U.S., were missing or poorly managed: No Wi-Fi password was provided at check-in — we had to ask separately. Luggage valet service seemed disorganized and poorly coordinated. Some random guy came and took off with our luggage even before we got checked in. Lastly, the balcony in our room was a major disappointment. The photos online are misleading — the space is extremely narrow, and only a petite person can stand there comfortably.

We had a great stay at this hotel; staff were fantastic and the room was very spacious and airy. We had three lovely little balconies in our room, looking on to a very pretty street. It is ideally situated for walking to attractions, shopping & eating out. The bar in the hotel wasn't always open unfortunately, which would be nice of an evening. Overall though we would definitely stay again.

Beautiful boutique hotel. Clean and very quiet. The neighborhood was also a good area to stay. close to everything. Breakfast was very light and yummy. Staff were so accommodating with whatever we needed. They greeted us every time we walked in or out for the day. Rooms were cleaned and mini bar refilled, everyday. 10/10 definitely recommend. Rooms were small but everything in Europe is made small. It wasn’t a problem for us at all.

Loved this hotel! Location is amazing, staff was super friendly, breakfast was delicious, room was clean, hugeee and very well maintained. Overall a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Also, we left at 5am to catch our flight back home and when checking out the front desk employee gave us a croissant and some coffee for the ride to the airport. I thought that was such a cute and simple gesture that just made our day.

The air conditioning was the highlight of my stay at this hotel. Everything else was mediocre. Our TV didn’t even display any channels or programs, our sink kept clogging, we didn’t receive bathrobes as stated, and the bath tub is very tall to get into. Also, the sauna/hammam is not included with your stay. The fitness center is also very limited. Overall this place is overpriced for the quality and amenities included. Would rather have stayed in an AirBnB.

Loved the view. Balcony room. Good overall front desk service and quick to attend your concerns. Place very close to main places. Easy to move around. But actually I should give it a 3.6 because upon arrival the room was not properly cleaned. The balcony was super dirty actually with remains of food and containers from previous people. The bathroom was dusty and had hairs. The vents haven’t been cleaned. The remote was dusty as well. I called the front desk and immediately they sent someone up to make it better. But this was very discomforting.
