Everything was great, and we had a wonderful time there. However, I do wish the housekeeping service had been more thorough. There were no napkins in the room, and during housekeeping, the robe was not replaced. Additionally, the vacuuming did not meet expectations, as there were still crumbs left on the table and on the floor.

The location was absolutely great. The hotel is in front of the mill pond and is literally a few minutes walk to the village area. The staff was really nice, i had requested for a room with a view which was fortunately available and so we got it. The night view from the hotel was surreal. Room was really good. We were 5 in total and enjoyed our trip. I heard Christmas time is really beautiful, so might plan again around that time. Thank you Westin, It would have been nice if breakfast was included. Although I know that its available separately for a cost. But overall, the kids and adults both enjoyed.

My girlfriend and I had a fantastic weekend trip to blue Mountain and have always dreamed that staying at the Westin Trillium house. Food at Oliver was left us wanting more and the service from the hotel staff was fantastic. Best part is that I left with a Fianceé, I proposed to my girlfriend right in front of the West Trillium house. Thank you for the literal life-changing trip!

We went there with 2 kids from Aug 3-4 and paid around 500 dollars for one night swimming pool was terrible and water was really dirty and uncleared water I got sick stay home for 2 days and hot top was out of service really bad experience never back again
