Desk staff was friendly and professional, though the house keeping help was on their phone at times, standing in the hallway. House keeping did not consistently give the Japanese style greeting to guests. No gym, no self serve laundry.

Perfect location for universal studios!!! Rooms were sufficient, clean with comfortable amenities (Though a bit stuffy.) Overall the hotel was not very welcoming, for example : Reception is away from entrance, you only get one ticket for drinks during the day as opposed to all day access to drinks, it felt very cold and not welcoming in the dining area, the public bath is at an extra cost. The breakfast had variety but was not very good- however the second day we got the premium breakfast on 32nd floor which was significantly better.

Very convenient - you walk out and you’re at USJ! They had a welcome drink ticket where you stop by for juice or tea. They had corn soup and a chocolate fountain with marshmallows which my kids loved (we visited the cafe area nightly just for this).

Breakfast was average. Had good western options, however there was no fresh fruit for instance, no cheese, a few types of bread. Coffee is very limited, black coffee and if wanting a latte, a capuccino, hot chocolate from the machine, it's not available. Just creamers available. The two restaurants where breakfast eas served were very cramped, not easy to find a table. Didn't use the laundry services. Staff at reception very cooperative; few understood english. Cleanliness of the bedroom was excellent. Very near to the train station (under 2 mi utes), and about 4 minutes from the Universal studios.

Perfect location. Love walking out to city walk and right near the front gate. Got to enjoy Breakfast down stairs and upstairs. Both were good. Room was perfect for our family.

Hotel was so clean and convenient being on property. We prepaid for breakfast for convenience. It was good and worth it as it was a buffet. The hotel was beautifully decorated for the Christmas holiday. Our room was comfortable with many amenities. We were 5 adults sleeping on bunkbeds giving us a chance to relive our childhood. Lol.. They provided sleepwear and slippers as you do leave your shoes at the entrance. Room was tight as I mentioned before we were 5 adults with a lot of luggage, but still managed. Many food options in City walk just outside our hotel. Best convenience was the train station right behind our hotel that gave us access to your the city. I highly recommend this hotel as the staff was also so kind.
