Large resort with plenty to do and good restaurants. The price of the breakfast buffet did not meet up to what was expected. The bar was great and so were the restaurants and bar at the pools. Water attractions were nice but hard to navigate at night.

Overall, we had a good experience but there were a couple things that could have been improved. The location is great, as it is right by the theme parks & and they offer shuttle services. However, their room upkeep & housekeeping was not up to my expectations. The first full day, room service did not come into our room. We had to call for fresh towels, soap & toilet paper. The 2nd day, the coffee machine wasn’t working in the room. The 3rd day, I got up in the dark to go to the bathroom only to step in a puddle of water that had leaked from the toilet. I notified reception immediately & also let them know the bathroom smelled like urine & plumbing. It did get fixed right away but the smell persisted. I did actually enjoy my stay & would come back, but those things did not unnoticed.

Our stay was fine. It was a family trip, love my family. It just blows my mind that you have to pay to park at your hotel. Where else would we park? We’re paying to stay and paying to park?? Seems very greedy of hotels now because most do this now. SUPER DISAPPOINTED IN THAT.

The hotel is good but a couple of front desk people were not very nice. In particular we were amazed at the one (Jean) who did our check in because she said we had to wait for her to finish something in the office and it was close to 3am! We were exhausted and waited nearly 25 mins. She also gave us one of the worst rooms and we had to call Expedia to be assigned to another one.

I was next to the freight elevator and terrible noise all evening/ night and during the day while we were in the room. I didn’t find out until I called lobby about the terrible noise/sound that was going on. They sent a technician only to say we were next to freight elevator. The front desk was supposed to call or talk which they never did only to make my headache even worse from all the noise. Amenities were excellent
