We were traveling with toddler first time to Orlando and we had terrible experience with ants crawling to our bed, window and bathroom. Will not come back to this hotel.

The room was amazing. It was big enough for our group of 4. Came with a lovely kitchen that we didnt use for our short stay and a large table we used to store all our bags. The bathroom was nice and spacious.

The room was good, clean and nice. But the hotel had nothing going on. There was no restaurant and a tiny “bar” in the lobby. It was too cold out to use the pool so there was nothing to do but stay in your room. There were no restaurants or anything entertaining in the area

T4440 my room had sugar ants, in the kitchen, in the bathroom sink on toliet and in my bed on my sheets. Was offered room next door T4442, it was unacceptable - smelled like wet old laundry -no. Moved again to 2nd floor t242, mircowave did not work, trouble with TV, sheets and towels are only cleaned every other day and we had to pay 26.75 for parking everyday. I asked for full refund and was offered 75.00 from manager Kaylee. I will write another complaint letter. staff did their very best to assist and accomodate.
