First time here for a girls weekend. Everything was very clean and updated. The hotel was busy due to a convention I believe but not overwhelmingly and still relatively quiet and relaxing. Will have to come back with my family one day to let my son enjoy the super cool pool, splash pad and pool slide

The villas are spacious and in a quieter area of the hotel. We stayed 6 nights and found the service to be excellent, the food very good and the villas well equipped, clean and up to date. The screened balcony was very nice and overlooked the lagoon and fountain. There is a great little playground and shallow kids pool with water features. The market had wonderful treats and drinks. I dislike having to pay for parking in addition to resort fees.

The room was comfortable, clean, and spacious. The cleaning staff did a good job overall, but on our second day someone accidentally broke the handheld shower bracket while cleaning, left it like that, and it was never fixed. This didn’t ruin our stay, but it was uncomfortable and we would have appreciated if the issue had been addressed.
