We were definitely treated differently checking in because we used a third party. Our last stay at your hotel 3 months ago was booked through your hotel. This check in process was not the same. I asked if I could please get a king suite instead of the queen suite, and just as I thought, it was an issue because I didn’t book through the hotel. I can’t understand why people are treated differently all because we didn’t book through the hotel It should be a compliment that we wanted to stay at your hotel so bad that we had to book another way so it was more affordable so we could stay there.The first night of our stay we had dinner at the restaurant by the pool. The food was greasy but aside from that, I asked for a Diet Coke it tasted bad,so I asked for an Arnold Palmer and for some reason whoever made it didn’t know what they were doing so I decided to go with a bottle of Fuji.The Diet Coke and the Arnold Palmer didn’t have any ice. I asked the server she said they were running low on ice. After dessert the server asked if we wanted anything else I said no just the check,she told me the total then asked how I would I be paying like rushing me. I asked, can’t I have a printed receipt to look over, she didn’t seem happy about that. And when I received my check I knew why. She didn’t seem to mention the 20% tip already added to my total. She could have easily said “your total with gratuity is” After that I watched her do the same thing to her other tables. Not Good! So Shady.

This is a beautiful hotel. We had a nice stay, but the stuff can use a little bit of training and guidance on how welcome customers to the facility. When we first got here to the valet parking no one came to see if we needed assistance. My husband had to go to the staff and ask what we needed to do since we were staying at the hotel. Also when we did the check-in Cyril percentage on greeting the customer or welcoming us. The staff lady at the check-in ask us for the identification they needed for the check in process give us the room keys and that’s it no explanation on how to get to our room tower since it was the first time we were staying at this facility, knowing that they have restaurants that they had additional amenities. I think the staff can use a little bit of customer service training other than that the facility and it was very nice.

The hotel in general is very nice. The restaurants the fact that it has a Starbucks on site was so convenient for us. The only negative thing I have to say is that the room was not so clean. I actually left a note and tips For housekeeping, asking if they can please mop the floor. It was very dusty and dirty even after the request it was still dirty. I don’t think they did anything, which was very disappointing. There were some dirty stains on the dresser area and bathroom door which I had to clean myself with Lysol antibacterial wipes that I took. It’s unacceptable when we’re paying resort fee fees, parking fee, plus the hotel cost.

This resort made us feel like royalty. The room was so comfy and cozy and the staff was wonderful to us, especially the front desk woman who checked us in early morning on Christmas Day. We got an amazing massage there. The pool service was amazing. We went to Disney and they do provide a shuttle for free however we just used uber and was approx $15usd per way, 6-12 min away depending what park. We had some pretty good burgers and Mac and cheese at the night bar there.

Was very fair priced for everything it had to offer. It had better amenities then some of the Disney Hotels I have stayed in. The room was very spacious, clean, modern. The resort had everything for us to enjoy a staycation.
