Nice resort. The pool water was cold, but it was March. It's probably better later in the year. The hot tub was dirty with debris from the surrounding trees and shrubs. We couldn't enjoy the hot tub until a few days later.

When i went to check out we realized there was $50 in credits that wasnt applied to my bill. He said they were applied but the new bill was $50 more then before. Makes no sense. After seeing my Bill i will never stay here. They make up all kinds of fees to run your bill up. I would never reco.end this place to anyone after our experience. We considered stay here after we got off our cruise but not now. We chose another place.

Property is very close to the Disney parks which was a plus. The staff was overall friendly, however I did not like that I specifically asked house cleaning to clean our room one day and they did not. I also didn’t like that I ordered room service (which said it would be delivered) waited nearly 2 hours, called down and was told I’d have to pick it up or be charged an extra fee?? I took the fee to be charged because I did room service since I did not want to leave the room obviously. The pool area is nice. The hotel overall needs to be updated, rooms are dated as well as most of the resort. The lobby looks amazing though. Mediocre place to stay at best. I also have a random charge for $198 on my credit card when the $209 for the resort fee already hit and my pending transactions from room charges are on my card as well so I literally have NO IDEA what the $198 is for and they gave me literally no receipts, they even closed my tab out on the bar at the pool and signed for me.. I’m waiting to see what hits my credit card to confirm what is what as they did say we had a $25 credit on the resort per a day. Overall the charges are confusing, staff was friendly enough and the property needs updating

I was charged $120 for reservation, and i did not stay there, as well i had protection plan. And droped off friends who where staying.And staff were rude grabbing and opening my car door without permission.And trying to open other cars.And beds were dirty was told and staff were acting as security rushing us out main entrance even through there were reservations.

Very inconvenient. Reception staff is very very rude. My breakfast was included in the package but they still charged me. Very old rooms. Parking area too far. I stayed four nights. Very terrible

The property itself is fine, however, the parking is so poorly set up that you have to park extremely far away from your room due to limited spaces. At the end of a long travel day, having to navigate yourself through 2-3 buildings just to find your room is extremely frustrating.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The exterior and lobby were beautiful, creating a great first impression. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives ended. Check-in was frustratingly slow, as the staff seemed poorly trained and unsure of their processes. The improper checkin causes me to inconveniently have to go back to the front desk to swipe my card in order to purchase things in the hotel because the card connected to my room hadnt been properly entered during the check in process. Throughout my stay, I encountered unfriendly and sluggish service from multiple employees, which made interactions unpleasant. The biggest issue was the cleanliness of the room. My bathtub had a blood stain, and the sheets smelled like sweat—completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one at this price point. I reported it to the concierge, but nothing was done, which made it clear that customer service is not a priority here. Overall, while the hotel has a nice aesthetic, the lack of cleanliness and poor service made my stay disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend it unless management improves staff training and housekeeping standards.
