The property was great and spacious! We had a few issues which were difficult to handle because we couldn't get a response from the company. The first issue was the gate to the property needs a QR code to scan to get in which you are supposed to get from main gate guard but the system was down. He told us to buzz in but unfortunately not all the gate buzzers work. The other main issue we had was the lack of supplies in the kitchen. There is one of each type of utensil for cooking but not nearly enough cookware or appliances. The house was good but it could be great with a better stocked kitchen. The other big issue we had was the community pools, the water was warm and not enjoyable at all. Not the houses fault, but something to know about this community. Lastly, the fee for using the grill was a bit ridiculous considering that they only supply a spatula and no other amenities for it. We felt a bit "nickel & dimed" with the house, but it was comfortable for the most part.
