Check in lady was not personable. Morning front desk ppl were nice. Hotel is a lil run down, beds were clean and comfortable, room nice and cold, Only free shuttle is to Disney Breakfast is just waffles, toast n kool-aid jammers... something to coat ur stomach b4 getting a real Breakfast Pool was nice. Wifi works Water gets hot. Biggest issue was the roaches. The staff did say they sprayed but still saw a couple after

This place…not sure what it was! The most dirtiest and filthiest place I ever been to! The pictures online were major deceiving! The room smelled like expired mildew! The bathroom tub had cracks! My wife thought we were hiding from the police or something that’s how bad this place was! The bed was uncomfortable, the pillow were flat as hell! Overall this place was awful! I heard the prisons were better kept than this! Don’t waste your money or time here! NEVER AGAIN!

Rooms are horribly cramped with the bed pushed up against the dirty, never cleaned AC units. Room smelled like cigarette smoke, ice machine was broken the entire stay, the bathroom was a gross hazard where there's a big step down to get out of the slippery shower, small ants crawling around the room, stains all over the walls and doors, what looked like a pooh streak on the wall near the toilet paper holder, mold not treated only painted over, and the staff is super unfriendly and unhelpful, you have to beg for everything including towels. They had a sign in room saying you had a request housekeeping, and they don't provide do no disturb signs - yet someone came in our room daily, removed our used towels, replaced them with HALF the amount of folded towels, and didn't make beds or anything else, when we didn't request maid services at all and did not want someone in our room! The front desk was just like "oh that's weird, sorry about that, but that's your problem" and did nothing to help, did not change out room, and did not offer even partial refund for the huge list of issues THEY created by being slum lords. Oh, and the hotel charges hidden fees at check in that aren't mentioned in their listing. These are major scammers and the place is utterly disgusting.

We had 2 families (2 different rooms) so family 1 that was with us checked into their room, left to go to their room, we started our check in process and by the time we signed the paper and got our room key our family that had checked in right before us came back into the office with pictures of the ceiling falling in their bathroom of the room. There was ceiling hanging and all over the toilet and floor was dust and ceiling pieces. So we decided to go check our room that they gave us. As soon as we (my husband & I) walked in I noticed dried liquid of some type (flaking) on top of the refrigerator where there were also live roaches crawling! I immediately said NOPE and walked out back to the office. I never made it any farther into the room to check anything else. The beds looked to be really flat with no cushion to it but I definitely didn’t even check that out..NOW I will say the office guys were very nice about the whole situations we had going on and processed us refunds! Thank you guys for that!! Just sucked we had to find somewhere at midnight after that.

The place is run down but for the price one really can’t complain. The staff were very friendly and it was very quiet at night. I’ll stay again because it fairly close to the parks and you can’t beat the price.
