It is easily one of the cheapest places to stay relatively close to the parks. Is it the best? No. We had issues with the reservation, and the restroom needing repairs. The room the offered to accommodate was in worse shape. The hotel needs renovation, it’s just beat up.

Nice clean and well located place to stay with great pool and theme park shuttle. Shuttle to the parks is very quick, return can take well over an hour and 20mins, so recommend getting an Uber home. Nice buffet Thanks for a great stay.

I had a pleasant stay overall — the staff was friendly and the location was great. However, the bathroom could have been cleaner, and there was a noticeable smell in the room that should be addressed. With a bit more attention to cleanliness, this hotel could be a much better experience.

One problem after another and little to no help. First night, we were sweating and couldn’t sleep. No matter how low we cranked the AC it didn’t help. When I approached front about it, they sent maintenance right away, however maintenance was useless. Walked in, said oh it’s cool in here, mumbled something about the bathroom door and walked out never to return. Did nothing. Next morning the roof was leaking over the bathroom, maintenance came and sucked it up, said nothing and left. I have ever had such a bad stay anywhere before.

La estadía fue muy cómoda y buena, el staff amable, tenias opciones para todos los gustos, incluso un almacén dentro del hotel para comprar comida por si llegabas tarde de los parques. Los cuartos muy grandes y cómodos, no le faltaba nada. El servicio de buffet (se paga aparte 15 USD) es muy completo y bueno. Los volvería a elegir sin dudas. Servicio de Shuttle gratuito a ciertos parques de Disney a los 3 de Universal (incluido Epic).

The place is okay for a short stay nothing fancy. It’s fine if you just need somewhere to crash for a night or two. However, the common areas around the pool weren’t very clean during my visit, and there was a loud party going on, which made it hard to rest. Not ideal if you’re looking for a peaceful stay.
