Rather tired-looking, run down hotel rooms. Furniture very worn and beat up. Room was fairly clean, beds were clean. Carpet in poor condition, frayed seams and looked dirty. Room overlooked the pool and the music was blaring till 10:00 pm. Not a very relaxing atmosphere after a long day of travel.

All of the rooms around us were supposed to be non-smoking rooms. However, the people who were in the room beside us smoked in their room the entire time and the smoke was coming around the door between the two rooms because our room was an adjoining room with that room. It was absolutely disgusting.

I really appreciated the night manager. He had wonderful customer service skills and was quite calm with a sense of humor during a busy registration line of people. He handle a little issue I had with my reservation quite efficiently and gave me a nice room on the first floor of the property.
