Perfect for family

We all enjoyed staying here cozy and relaxing environment home was clean and spacious We had a few issues with no hot water the first day we arrived but was handled and fixed the next day also seen a few roaches in kitchen area but Florida is know for that. Manger and Host responded very fast and were very helpful overall we enjoyed staying here.

Overall everything was clean, the ceiling fans need dusting and a label saying coffee filters are in the pantry. I think every previous guest bought them since they were not on the counter (we should have looked there). Reaching out to Evolve properties is pointless just reach out to the owner, they were fabulous especially since we left an over priced hair dryer in there and were able to pop back in to grab it after check out. Close to disney and easy for ubers/lyft to get in and out of. Close to

Very nice place

The house is beautiful! We were in Orlando to visit The Mouse, and the location was perfect. Just as the listing says, it takes about 25 minutes to get to the parks but the house is close to 192 so it’s an easy drive. It was a nice place to come back to after a long day in the parks. I would certainly stay here again.

Things that I disliked/issues

The house floors needed to be cleaned, the table in the kitchen was not steady and was on a napkin to keep it balanced. The bathroom for the guest tub was dirty and the toilet seat. I wiped the toilet seat with a Clorox wipe and some of the brown part came off🤢. The comforters in the king room could of been better. The TV in the Queen room only played one channel. Being with family made us get through all the mishaps, but I want rent this place again unless some upgrades was made and new linen. The hot water wouldn’t get as hot when taking a shower. When I arrived it was told to me I wasn’t on the list so I had to go to the clubhouse to register. If I have already paid my money why you don’t have me at the gate. Once I got my access card which was $20 not understanding why when I paid to rent out a home there, I left and came back in my access card didn’t work so I had to go back to the clubhouse and get another one. Anyone with a car in my party had to pay $20 and I just feel as if I have paid all my fees to rent the place why am I paying to enter every time I go out during my stay.

Good trip just a few small things nothing serious.

Good plenty of beds for our group. We like the pool table, pool, and hot tub. Didn't seem like we had enough hot water for the group about 2 showers is all we could get. Trash cans dirty, but I could live with that. The TV in the bedroom keep turning on during the night so we just unplugged it. Lamp in front bedroom didn't work but I just swap it with tge dining room one. Overall good trip.

This was the first time we rented. The kids loved it. The contact person was very responsive and easy to get a hold of. Small things that are easy to over look as far as cleaning. Overall, it was very a pleasant experience for us all.

Where to start…infested with roaches and ants, pest control came out twice, did not help. Appliances did not work, they brought out a new fridge to the garage, that one stopped working.. Toilet seat s missing waiting for bolts. Furniture old, dirty and patio furniture broken and dirty. First House we have had with any problems. Property manager was rude and not helpful. Stay far far away from this rental!
