This was one of the nicer ,accesible Motel6 we have stayed in. The acceptance of our two medium sized dogs and a big green space was the highlight. The pool looked fun. One pillow case looked a bit dirty, the dark ring around the tap could have been cleaned better. Great to have the fridge and microwave ! Easy to walk out from and get take out food nearby. Staff are nice.

Get what you pay for…

You get what you pay for really. With the room itself, it looked like the bathroom door had been damaged/fixed so many times that the door handle no longer worked- turning it did not move the door mechanism so we were afraid to close the door the whole time. There was food / pet food on the floor, and around the bed, which in combination with small holes in the corners left concern for pest activity. The outside area was noisy overnight with lots of people hanging around in the parking lot/halls.

This is a very good option in the 192/East of Disney area. The rooms are clean, and parking spaces are ample, not tiny. If it happens a yappy dog is an issue (rarely) or you need a different type of accommodation, the staff will do their best - (even in high season) - to help, if there is anything available. Mainly this gets high marks because of the welcoming and helpful staff: From manager Cecilia, to front desk staff, to housekeeping, to maintenance, the team maintains the property and they are friendly and welcoming. Standouts on this trip were Ryan (check-in) and MaryAnn (check-out). (I give this great review at risk of sell-out when I might need it in the future, but the manager and staff deserve this 5/5 review, just as Kissimmee, FL visitors deserve a safe, clean and restful place to stay. The price was a good, fair price for high season, too.
