El lugar es muy inseguro es un complejo de casas de la letra A la Z me dieron una habitación en la letra O y era un lugar inseguro a lado de un basurero, la habitación estaba en un lugar muy oscuro y olia a mucha marihuana, y los huspedes vecinos de habitación esteban haciendo mucho ruido y bebiendo fuera de las habitaciones, seguridad fue a tomar fotos y llameles la atención. Me queje con administración me cambiaron de habitación a las 3am de la mañana y no me rembolsaron y mi deposito tampoco.No lo recomiendo cuidado!

From the time we checked in until we checked out we had issues. Check it was inconvenient due to one of the front desk workers insisting that we use the self check in option only for it not to work and he had to check us in. Then we asked to be on the bottom floor due to my husband knee and was placed on the second floor and told their wasn’t any other options. Upon reaching the room there was trash in a bag by the door and the connecting rooms were closed off our locked. Had to wait over 45 minutes for security to arrive to finally lock the connecting rooms. Oh and we couldn’t call anyone due to the rooms not having phones and we could only text the front desk. We stayed for a few days and was only left a half roll of toilet paper. Had to wait 12 hours for toilet paper to arrive. We left at 12 and asked the front desk to drop off fresh towels, toilet paper, and trash bags to come back to only large towels in a bag by the door. No toilet paper and no hand or face towels. We frequent this resort almost 5 times a year and this was by far the worst experience.

Room was filthy. Floors were so sticky your shoes squeak when you walk. Mold in sinks and shower.... Graffiti inside the room was spray painted over....homeless people sleeping in doorways.

The property is beautiful but we had an unpleasant experience. We travelled all day long and checked in around midnight because we live in NC, the room was flooded. We were exhausted. Maintenance didn’t show up and the front desk decided to change us to another room around 2am. Consequence: we didn’t sleep well and we missed most of the day…

The lack of communication and the malfunctioning jet tub were significant issues. Additionally, the pool bar should remain open later, as the pool is open until 11 p.m. The check-in process could be improved to avoid confusion when providing room directions. Lastly, the bartender should provide better service and offer better TVs.
