Check-in process was simple, were able to use amenities until room was ready. Pools were amazing, drinks at the bar were strong, plenty to do on and around the property. Only real issue we had was with key cards not working but issue was rectified quickly. Rooms are a little dated but still very clean! Will definitely be staying here anytime we are in Orlando!!!

Dirty hotel room, while floor smelt like cigarette smoke, the dryer smelt like it was burning and the door would pop open every 3 minutes. Bought groceries and put things in the freezer and it never got cold and wasted so much money on food. Catalina wasn’t much help when my wife went to talk to her all she offered was one night refund which isn’t great. Would not refund resort fee. One hot tub was cold and the pool and hot tubs were cloudy. Avoid this place at all cost.

Everything you need is within a 5 mile radius. The pool was awesome and super clean as well as the room. Parking was a bit of a headache but honestly that was the worst of it, we went around spring break so that's to be expected. Overall it was an amazing trip and we rebooked for next year!

Check in was at 4pm, got there at 4:28 only to hear the employee say that she remembers my last name because unfortunately my room was selected to be the last room to be cleaned due to short staffing that day. Sadly enough, I just quoted her there. When we asked her how come we were just “chosen” to b the last ones, she said sorry and got on the phone to confirm what time we should come back, and while on the phone with the person, they engaged in a personal conversation about how she was supposed to be down at 4/5 but has to stay until 9 pm. Then she came back and said we needed to be back at 5:30 and said you guys can go shopping. No, I don’t want to go shopping, I’m tired after a long flight etc, I want to take a shower and take a nap. I also want to know how we got selected to be the last ones, she’s had the envelope all ready for us and that’s how she remembered my name. Still didn’t get answer. I even asked her if everyone was already checked in for that day, because since we got there first, she should be able to just switch rooms “is called 1st come, 1st served” and is also known as customer service and common sense. Once again, she said sorry, but rooms were already assigned. So pretty much we were $#! out of luck! I’ve waited this long to write the review to calm down because the very first thing that came to my mind was racism because of my last name, granted, that’s how she claimed she remembered me…but I don’t even want to go there

good location for theme parks

Overall this was a great spot and the price for three bedrooms was awesome. The only drawback is that building two backs up to a shopping center and trash is picked up very loudly from multiple dumpsters at 6am. I don't know if you can here it from the other buildings, but it's pretty loud in building two.

I was told to call the resort upon arriving to see about early check and was given the run around! On top of that the room was nasty! The chairs the bedding skirt nasty! I was not happy with this place at all and will not come back?

The 3 Bed/2Bath room is huge and it was very comfortable. There was plenty of room for everyone. Carpet probably needs to be replaced. Opening the door wasn’t easy. It looks like the door lock needs attention. Parking was a real challenge. There were no spots available after 11 pm. Overall I recommend this property.

Nice and clean. Most of the staff does speak Spanish but over all it was okay. Parking is some-what packed and difficult during the night. It was a wait getting on and off the elevators.

We had 3 br 2 bath for 2 days, we didnt have enough bath towels and wash cloth for the seven of us and when I called for extra they told me it will cost 10 dollars for extra towels. How shameful and distasteful I found that to be for a resort. For that reason I would never go back. I travel to Orlando a lot and never once a resort asked for money for extra towels, especially when it's a lot of people in the rooms. For that i can't gi e a better review. Very small TV in the rooms. Furnitures out dated. Needs a little renovation to update the rooms

Building 1, floor 5 stunk of smoke despite it being a no smoking building, fortunately it did not smell inside the apartment/room. The resort looks nice from the outside but inside the room the furniture was quite tatty. The resort advertised an adult only pool, that was not the case. I will not be staying there again
