Not a pleasant stay

We decided to atay because we already paid for the stay and we were going to loose money. The room was not clean. It looks like they wipe all the surfaces with bleach but they did not clean them. The smell of bleach was terrible and we can still see the dirt. I ended having to buy cleaning products in order to clean the kitchen and bathroom. The carpet looks very dirty. There was a metal lid completely off from the wall. The freezer had holes and those holes probably had frozen bleach. We could not put anything inside the freezer. I will jot recomend this hotel to anybody.

We are locals and this is our second stay in 3 months, if that tells you anything. We have stayed in many area resorts over the years, but this one has become a family favorite! We love the size of the units, with the full kitchen and multiple bathrooms, and you can’t beat the pool slide, multiple hot tubs, and pool bar. Finally, the location is perfect! It’s convenient to be able to walk to shops and restaurants or take a 5-min drive to the grocery store. We will be back!

Amenities were nice, we had issues with the appliances, the maintenance guy came twice to the room but the refrigerator kept leaking, we had to throw away some groceries that got wet. The kids loved the pool, convenient location. We were a little disappointed, the hot tubs were always full with little children who were somewhat unattended.

Elevators in my building/5) were awful. Only 2 were working and we got stuck on one. The restaurant manager of the Irish pub was rude and insisted we take our drinks to go well before closing. He was closing early. It’s hard to enjoy the property when there is nothing open on property. Wasn’t that bad but enough for me to stay elsewhere next time

family vacation: just a poor stay!!

Family 3 night stay initially started off poor. Arrived at the hotel around 2pm and was told by front desk staff they would call me closer to 4pm when our room was ready. 4pm comes and no one calls, so I had to call myself and they stated our room was ready. To make matters worse, when we arrive to our room, there was someone already occupying the room as staff gave us the wrong room number on 2 separate tries. So FRUSTRATING! we finally arrive to our room and we discover a dark red stain on our sheets. Just awful, so we decided to purchase our own sheets for peace of mind. There are no phones in the rooms so you have to walk to the elevators and use the hallway phone to contact the front desk. Rooms/furniture are old, and need serious updating. This hotel is more like a 2 star resort. We were offered a candy gift basket for the inconveniences we received as opposed to a more suitable reimbursement for our troubles.

Had a 3 bedroom which was nice . Thr only thing was the bed was uncomfortable and not enough blankets . First night saw some ants on the counter but wiped it down n didn't see anymore after that . If you're going to cook get u some frying pans coz they didn't havw any in the one we stayed in . Everything was pretty cool . Furnitures was a bit outdated but i guess good enough .

The location is close to Disney parks and the layout of the villas is great for a family. The downside is the communication concerning problems. We had one room that had a large wet spot on the carpet in the master room near the bed. Something was wrong with tub in the room and there was a leak causing the wet carpet. Also in one of the bathrooms there was a pipe that would leak underneath the sink every time you ran water. Both of these concerns were shared with the front desk, and I asked if we could move rooms. I was told no, but they would send maintenance to address the issues (no timeframe could be given). If we were not on a schedule to go to all of the parks, maintenance coming would be fine, but since we had plans for each day (which I expect most families staying there would also have) waiting on maintenance all day was not an option. It would have great if they would have simply let us move rooms, but sadly that was not the case. So we stayed in the room and worked around all of the issues. We made it work and didn’t let it ruin our trip, but the customer service was definitely a disappointment. Also, please do not waste any additional money for the fireworks rooms. The parks are too far away from the property to enjoy the show. That was a total waste of money. Overall, for the price, it was an okay stay and without the issues we ran into, it would have been a much better experience.

The property was amazing. I had a three bedroom three bath family suite all amenities you couldn’t ask for anything more and within walking distance you had a big outlet right behind where you stayed very safe. All the staff was very pleasant. I would definitely recommend.
