We had a lovely stay at this resort. The room was very clean, beautifully decorated, and beyond our expectations. Our kiddos enjoyed the pool until it rained and we had to leave. Not the properties fault, obviously. There were some people across from us partying loudly, quite late. We had to call to report that quiet time was not being observed, and it was dealt with quickly.

Lady at check in was super welcoming and friendly. But, sent me over to guest services to claim my "gift" and the man there was not so friendly. He greeted me ... "Last name? How many adults in your room. And your husband?" (Right then I knew he was going to try some timeshare crap thing with me) I told him I don't have a husband. He continued... "O he's at home"? I said no husband. He says "why, where is he?" I said sir, I've now said 3 times I do not have a husband. (Side note, its Mother's Day wknd...and Im a single mom of 3 kids) At this point I'm behoyd irritated I tell him, I'm not interested in any timeshare thing you are trying to get me to do. It's been a long car drive and Im ready to go to my room. He tried to get me to do the 90min timeshare thing. I said no. Do you have something for me, or can I go to my room. He wrote something down and said enjoy your night. I suggest your guest services team (I'm on my 20th year in customer service ) not be so abrasive when asking certain questions. You have no idea peoples circumstances or situations. Other than that, my family and my hotel experience was awesome! Rooms were clean and great size. Pool was nice. Irish pub wasn't great, had instant mashed potatoes. BUT the youger server with glasses, he was really good.

Close to Disneyworld! Accommodations need to upgraded! Horrible problem with adopt keys & staff rude to daughter & grandchild when they went down to get them too send up maintenance to fix it! Paid premium price to see fireworks from balcony room & there were fireworks going off in front of building in front of us, if we’re were on the 12th floor we would of been able to see all of the fireworks going on! Not happy for paying a premium price & not getting the full fireworks display!☹️

Unfortunately the fridge leaked all over the floor upon our arrival and the dishwasher door fell off when opened. The room was very worn and the appliances needed repair or replacement. There were not other rooms left to accommodate us so we had to stay there. The maintenance spend the majority of our first of two full days in the room. But they did response on the second day to come fix it all.

The resort/condo we stayed in was very rundown. The carpets were filthy. The pillows were paper thin, and not enough to go around. We had a king bed but queen blanket. The patio furniture was very old and very dirty. The air conditioner broke twice on us. The first time, they sent someone but it was a long wait, and the next day it wasn’t working again, but we’re checking out the next day, so we just left it. We ate at the restaurant and it was awful.poor quality. There is an “pond” behind the pool. Calling it a swamp would be generous. Our shower had several hairs in it. The location was very close to the Disney parks. And the view of Epcot and magic kingdom fireworks was nice. This place has all the potential, but is unkempt and uncared for.

We came in for the weekend for a wedding so we weren’t at the hotel very often and didn’t check out the pool. Room was fine, dated and needing repairs but had all that we needed. Price point was ok for the 1 bedroom (we were upgraded to the 2 bedroom at checkout out which was nice but there were only two of us so really not needed) There was plenty of shopping nearby and Publix was just down the street. Location was decent for Disney but that did bring traffic (we did go to Epcot but didn’t use their offered transportation since I had read it wasn’t super convenient with the times offered) We picked this hotel due to other family in town staying here for the wedding, but will choose a different hotel next time we’re down there.
