Hello, I am writing to provide feedback regarding my recent stay at your property. Upon arrival, the space appeared generally clean; however, I had several significant concerns that impacted my comfort and overall experience. The furniture throughout the unit is very dated, and the sofa and table set were visibly stained. Given that the furniture is cloth, it did not appear to have been properly cleaned or maintained, which raised sanitation concerns. More importantly, the bed did not appear to have been properly prepared or cleaned. The bedding was not the correct size for the mattress, which caused the sheets to continuously come off during the night. This was discovered early Monday morning after our Sunday night stay. Considering that previous guests had recently checked out, this was particularly concerning from a hygiene standpoint. Additionally, there was no visible mattress protector or encasement on the bed. I did not see any protective coverings designed to prevent exposure to bed bugs or other contaminants that previous guests may have introduced. This lack of basic bedding protection is not sanitary and made me uncomfortable using the bed. On Tuesday, December 23rd, I contacted the front desk

Great location to everything. It’s convenient to have a kitchen; however the property is really lacking when it comes to equipment to accommodate the kitchen. We were in town for Christmas. Wanted to make a big Christmas dinner and breakfast. I knew beforehand that i would have to buy everything such as seasonings, aluminum pans, all the food. But it would have been nice to be better equipped with more utensils and skillets and pots. I ended up have to make everything like one at a time. Also there was one spoon for stirring. No tongs. No potato peeler or masher. No mixing bowl to use for making biscuits or cleaning off potato or chicken. It was very difficult. As you can imagine in a 3 bedroom with a kitchen it was to supply a large family and we chose a kitchen to cut down on food spending costs but if i have to buy every single item and then ultimately throw them away when we leave it’s a waste. I threw away atleast $15 worth of seasonings. Misc utensils. Overall i really love the property despite needing some updates of furniture. As a kid we came to Disney every year twice a year so I’ve stayed here atleast 10 times in my 37 years of life. I don’t think the furniture has ever looked any different. I call this property old faithful. It’s never bad, but never outstanding.

When we arrived, the room smelled very clean. The furniture and carpet are worn and dated. The air conditioner barely kept up even in December and the clothes dryer and dish washer barely worked. Clothes would not get dry and dishes would not get clean. This property looks good from the outside, but inside it is very worn and dated. The mattresses are old and thin and the carpet is way past its prime. You could see dust under that couch and dressers from never being moved and cleaned under. By the time we left, the clean fresh smell had given way to a dank and moldy oder. We had to rewash all our clothes when we got home because they smelled so bad. We were here for 8 days and made it just fine. We hit Disney and really just needed a place to shower and sleep and this place fit the bill. Just know you are not getting a luxury resort, you are getting something like an old worn down that badly needs updating. They may have different grades of rooms because many people give the place 5 stars. We booked a great rate through expedia so maybe we got an old room. Decent place, just know what you are getting.

For the money I feel this place is pretty unbeatable. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly, and the heated pool was very nice in th winter. Area was great as well, Publix and other food options just down the street. Not much to complain about.
