Disappointed with My Stay – Poor Customer Service and Reservation Issues I booked and paid for my room at Hyatt House through Expedia, expecting a smooth check-in process and the room I reserved. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Upon arrival, I was charged again for a completely different room—one that was smaller than what I originally booked. No one confirmed my reservation number, and they didn’t even check my ID at check-in. I had to go back down to the front desk to ask why I was placed in a different room and why there was an additional charge on my card. I showed proof of my Expedia booking and payment, but I received no apology, no courtesy upgrade, no complimentary offer—nothing. The staff was unprofessional and seemed unbothered by the situation. This experience was frustrating and disappointing, especially coming from a brand like Hyatt. I expected much better communication and customer service. I will think twice before booking here again.

Stay was good. However the water pressure not so much. Also where we stayed on the 6th floor was extremely hot in the hallway. Air conditioning was loud.

Great experience staying there.

The place is clean, and the people are super nice. The only reason I gave them 4 stars is because there was no jacuzzi, and the breakfast was continental. I would give the entire experience 9/10. I feel bad for taking the 1 point because the people were really nice.
