The Hyatt House is a very convenient, well located hotel. Rooms are big, bathrooms comfortable and the hotel is well kept. Nonetheless what truly shines is how warm and accommodating the staff is.

I cannot say enough about this property and the staff that made our trip so much better. We were 3 children and 2 adults. My adult daughter broke her leg just before the trip. We had been trying to rent a wheelchair. The hotel had one for us to use on property and off. Without this loan, we would have had a miserable trip. It was a blessing to meet the manager that day. I hope that the hotel and the manager really knew how grateful and appreciative I was. The rooms are spotless and the beds including the sofa bed were very comfortable. The breakfast rotated everyday and also ways gave a lot of options for everyone. The staff kept that room clean and filled with fresh food as it got depleted. Breakfast was always super busy. We never waited in line more then a a minute. The coffee was delicious and they kept pots out even after breakfast was finished. The staff were always pleasant and helpful. We would sit in their beautiful lobby bar to eat which we found a very relaxing start to our day. The breakfast alone saved us $100 a day. Disney was a 22 min drive and Universal was a 10 min drive. There was lots of good shopping started 10 mins away. The kids went swimming twice and had fun. The pool was heated but since it was December , it wasn't’ always nice enough to go out. We will definitely stay here again.
