Ive been coming here for a couple years now and Im really happy this hotel has added more bus pick up and drop off times to their schedule. The buses do stop at a bunch of other hotels so it’s not the best for time management but I’m happy for the options. Our room was clean and I always enjoy the softness of the beds and pillows. There is a 7 eleven next door if you need cases of water or snacks too.

They give you a voucher for each kid to eat free any time you eat at applebees which is a bonus. We love the little theater in the lobby and enjoyed the arcades a lot. The double bunkbeds for our kids was amazing. Our only dislike was, expedia advertised only having to pay around $60 at the hotel and we really had to pay $110. And thats not including the small hold they put on the card. We obviously expect the holds so those we don't mind. As great as the hotel was for our family i sadly don't think we'll stay again because of this. It was a daily $30 resort fee and daily $20 parking fee. We stayed 2 nights. Plus about $10 in taxes.

You need to pay for the breakfasts and additional parking too. It wasn't clean, the bathroom was really small, we asked for an inside room without noise and they put us outside it smelled really bad. The people on the front ofice were really nice. I wouldn't come back.

We chose to stay here for a second trip became our first visit was so great, we are glad we did! Everything is so clean, the rooms are great, the beds are comfy, the arcade is fun, the pool is awesome, the pool bar, the convenience area in lobby, this is the best hotel for us.

Disappointing for Baby Moon Stay

We booked this hotel for our baby moon and had issues immediately upon our arrival. We had to wait for someone to come replace the shower head because it wasn’t working properly. After it was replaced, the shower made such loud noises whenever we tried to use the hot water. The AC wasn’t working properly and the temperature kept fluctuating to the point that we could not rest well, there was also very bad odors in the hallway that caused me nausea. I would not stay here again or recommend this hotel. Also, the extra parking fees while we were there were not listed on hotels.com. We paid almost $600 for 3 nights at this hotel and it was not at all worth that amount.
