We stayed two days it was quiet, only complaint is. The elevator that wasn’t working. There was sometime a longer wait to get to my floor. Most of the time I just took the stairs instead but with 3 small kids and all the bags that was a bit frustrating. I’m sure it will be working in the future.

One & done

Entering and exiting the property is a headache. Check-in went smoothly, staff was very pleasant and the lobby appeared to be clean. The appearance of the hallways and the rooms were disappointing as they felt outdated. Almost every part of the room had a thick layer of dust, one of the bed frames had a broken piece that stuck out, the beds were way too high and so hard, the mini fridge had an unknown colored liquid on one of the shelves and the bathtub did not have any kind of anti slip protection. The pool area was decent, towels in the room and by the pool were old and rough, and only one jacuzzi worked. It was nice to have an arcade and restaurant on the premises. I appreciate the staff being so pleasant but I would not stay here again.

I liked that there were rooms overlooking the pool, great when you have kids. The place was beautiful and quiet. The staff was helpful and accommodating.

Just ok. Everything was functional and clean but VERY outdated. Phone did not work. Wallpaper peeling. Entrances are very old. Pool is outdated. Clean and functional, but would not stay for longer than a day or two.

Better than expected.

We booked this for a quick, affordable stay before switching to a longer-term hotel. I was pleasantly surprised! The pool was super fun for the kids, with a Tiki bar and daily activities. Yes, the property is a bit-run down, but if you are looking for something convenient (great location), and easy, this did the trick.

7 Day Disney Vacation

Great budget friendly place to stay for theme parks. We did use the free bus one day to magic kingdom, however, we didn’t realize that it stops at several other hotels. So it took quite a while for us to arrive at magic kingdom. We used Uber/Lyft the rest of the days. The hotel does charge a $30 per day resort fee plus a $20 per day parking fee. There is a breakfast buffet at Applebees that is 16.99 for adults and kids eat free with a coupon at the hotel lobby. We had 4 adults and 2 children in a room with a king and 2 sets of bunks. It was adequate. The difficulty was only one bathroom with the sink inside the bathroom. The kids loved the pool area. I would say this was a very convenient hotel if you are looking for a place to rest after all day at Disney.

At check-in, we were accidentally charged double for the resort fee & $20 parking. I brought it to the attention of manager Mary. All the fees were waived; even what I owed. Also received late check out. No hassle, and I actually saved money. The hotel is beautiful! Mary is amazing.
