Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. First room was dirty (food from previous guest on floor by bed and in bathroom), conditioner container filled with water and was noisy (overlooking major traffic route. Requested a different room in the morning after listening to truck traffic all night. Staff was helpful and made move to another room on the opposite side of the building. This room was much quieter. The second room had a strong smell when you walked in the door that burned the nose and throat. It persisted through the night into the next day. Checked out early and found somewhere else to stay for last night there.

Stayed here for Rock The Universe 2025. Great front desk staff, very helpful and polite. They had a ton of people and kept up with breakfast when the food would run out. 5 min drive to Universal.

Great hotel; clean and friendly!

The welcome on arrival was superb. The hotel is a newer hotel, so the condition is great and very clean. Desk personnel are very helpful. There are two things to which are concerning: first, the back of the hotel backs up to a very fast highway with lots of noise. Second, the elevators need some inspection, as they make disturbing noises.

Room cleanliness was great, surrounding are was filled with places to go would drive to most as homeless in area. Did have a major problem with the toilet clogging in my first floor room. It wouldn’t flush and got clogged anytime TP got near it and at times when just flushing water. Was a pain to deal with

My little girl had cut her arm on the corner of the desk while playing, and grabbed a towel and put on it. I understand having to replace the towel, but 75 dollars for it is just insane.
