2nd stay,huge 2 bed condo with great amenities

Huge condo in a great location, close to the parks with a huge target close by. Good access to the i4 for links to the coast in either direction

property is in a good location walkable to disney springs do mind and some tourist shops. The rooms were well. cleaned bright an mostly renovated. The down side was bedroom and bathroom doors stuck to open or close resulting in having to force or slam the open or shut making noise when others were sleeping etc. The detracting thing and downer was construction out side our unit started at 830 on saturday with grinding and drilling which woke us all up after a late night out the kids especially. overall was a good stay but not comparable to a marriott vacation club stay. also there was no wait service at the pool and the bar and concession are private so we and the kids could not charge to the room

We was pretty disappointed with our experience here at the Hilton Grande Villas, our first impression was that the room was very small, if that had been the only issue we woulda been ok, it wasn’t. We should have asked to see the room before we accepted it, turns out ours was a ground floor facing the parking lot, not facing the resort area, the “balcony” gave us a great view of shrubs and car hoods, so we heard the non-stop slamming of car doors all night and every morning for a wake up call, the service carts that the staff pushes around at the break of daylight are very noisy and also wake you up, the showerhead is about 5 foot from the ground, to be able to get your head wet you have to squat down under it, when I asked the staff to address any problems their only response was “since you didn’t book through us, and You booked through a third-party (Hotels.com) we can’t help you.” One of the most egregious issues we had was they gave my cell phone number and room number to their marketing department and they hounded us via texts and calls to our room trying to get us to go to their timeshare presentations, I was told by the staff that you have to request to not be on the list at check-in, I had no idea at that point, but my suggestion to you is to request that immediately upon check-in if you chance staying here. Also, the room is billed as having a regular size refrigerator, it does not

The 2 bed appt is very comfortable. Location is great. 5 min drive to Disney Springs and also the Vineland Outlet mall. The front desk staff are excellent and Adriana helped us out with all the problems flying home to Heathrow.

Very disappointed. The property is gorgeous, the staff at check-in were kind, the resort has a lot of interesting amenities and the community is full of things to do. However, our room was a total wash. We were given a room on the first floor of building D. Our balcony view was obscured by a bush and garbage can. Beyond those objects, all we could see was the basketball court. We never got natural light as we had to keep the curtains closed for privacy. The common hallways have a strong echo, and unfortunately the floor is made of stone. We heard every single roller bag and maintenence cart from our room, even while laying in bed with all the doors closed. We often felt vibrations when trying to sleep. Every day, other patrons would arrive to their rooms late at night from the airport (or barrel in drunk from the bars). Then, maintenence would start their rounds early in the morning. Most nights, it was only truly quiet between 1:00 am and 7:00 am. Lastly, the shower design is very clunky. The shower curtain is too short, and the shower floor is not wide enough. Water splashes outside of the shower, almost hitting the toilet on the other side of the room 1.5 meters away. The provided floor mat did not help. Potentially a tripping hazard.
