The lady at the front desk didn’t seem at friendly and she forgot to text me when my room was ready. We also had tiny ants in the kitchen. Rooms were nicely painted, but weird angles in the room. Beds are just okay. Liked the activities: pool, ping pong, bean bag toss, mini golf.

We visit the Orlando area 5 or 6 times a year usually staying at one of the theme park resorts. Even though this property is not character themed, let me say we were impressed with Hilton Vacation Club Grand Villas. Our unit was very clean; the location was convenient to theme parks and other attractions; the staff from check-in to check-out were friendly and accommodating; the amenities were fun (2 large pools, hot tubs, mini golf, fire pits, mini mart, and more), and the parking is free! The best part is that this particular property is not so large that it ever felt overly crowded like most places we’ve stayed in Orlando. We really enjoyed the quiet, relaxing vibe at Hilton Vacation Club Grand. We’ll be back!
