Very smoothly from airport to hotel and to universal studio parks. They offer early admission which the reason I booked it. Overall is good, airport shuttle was convenience, but make sure call them early to confirm, the phone number on the shuttle confirmation is wrong. The hotel was clean, and offering affordable foods and drinks, and shuttle to each universal parks. Unlike you stay at other hotels providing shuttle to all parks ( universal or Disney ), the hotel only provide shuttle to universal parks. You need to take Uber or Lyft to other parks. I deduct one star, because my neighbors were very loud even at 3am…

Great hotel and location

Check in was smooth, big open and clean reception area. Room was very clean, nice view of the pool, only small niggle was there was hardly any wardrobe/draw space. Grat location to.walk.along i-drive to some great restaurants. Park busses to universal were very frequent. Pool was lovely and the pool bar also great.

2 queen beds suite with minimal beach themed decorations on upper floor. Disappointed with slow- draining bathtub & no microwave. Great availability of transportation to parks, including Epic Universe. Friendly informative staff. Check-in/out was a breeze. Easy, quick purchase of theme park tickets in lobby. Pool was refreshing with lifeguards. Starbucks in hotel lobby was wonderful to grab my coffee just before the shuttle ride to the parks.

We did have a slight issue one day where it took 5 hours to get toilet paper. Other than that it could have been more clean when we checked in but the staff was great for the majority of the time

The early admission to the park and shuttle hours to the parks are attractive. The outside pool is big and nice. However, except frontd esk, all other staffs I ran into didn't speak English. I asked someone in uniform how to get to parking garage, or where to get pool towls, they didn't undersatnd. The clean staffs talked very loudly to phone or to themselves in spanish in the hallway and elevator, which I don't think is professional for such expensive hotels.
