We, family of 8, stayed for 3-nights during our visit to the Disney World parks, Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Animal Kingdom and Hollywood Studios. The hotel is conveniently located and within easy driving distance of all the parks. The front desk/reception was pleasant, friendly and welcoming. The rooms were of good size and comfortable. Service, as and when needed, was swift. Full breakfast was provided and the children enjoyed the evening cookies. We had a very comfortable stay and pleasant stay thanks to the entire hotel team.

The strange small when you get in in your room but it will be gone after you stay few minutes , shower head at shower terrible, take a shower I will be saying terrible. All other staff is good, free breakfast, parking…

I’m happy with the check in service and the wonderful breakfast in the morning. The beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were clean. I stayed for 3 nights and my room was never cleaned. The beds were never made and only trash bins were picked up and new towels were left however it was never vacuumed or tidied up. My refrigerator didn’t work either. The hotel is incredibly close from Animal Kingdom and the staff is incredibly sweet. Very convenient and I did enjoy this stay

The hotel was clean. The hallway smells so good and the room was comfortable and also smelled so good. The front desk staff were all very friendly and welcoming. And there was a decent breakfast selection. I would choose this hotel again if I had to.
