I have stayed here a few times but was very unhappy with my stay this time around. I requested a room away from the elevator due to noise. When i checked in I was booked to the room that was 1 room away from the elevators and also right next to the lobby/breakfast area. It was very noisy and impossible to sleep past 6am. you could hear the hotel staff as early as 6am and also at night you could here the hotel staff in the lobby. The 2nd night it was 2 am and I could hear the hotel staff in the lobby playing music. It was a terrible 2 night stay.

When we checked into our room there was a lot of long hair in the toilet that was hard to flush and the bathtub seemed old and run down in addition to the flooring in the room. It seemed like it would come out.. as it was loose and run down so felt uncomfortable to walk on without socks/shoes on.

This property is an conveniently located and an easy drive to Disney properties. However, our room was dirty. There was trash from the previous occupants that was not picked up by housekeeping during our stay. Several outlets were broken and/or not secured properly. The toilet flushed on its own all day/night. The tub was disgustingly dirty. The most disturbing part was housekeeping was asked to change the bedsheets. I know for a fact they were not changed which makes me wonder if they were changed after the previous guest checked out. The breakfast was subpar. Food and drinks were not replinished. Very dissatisfied and will not stay at this property again.

Although the room was nice it was noisy. We were next to the elevator and there was noise from people up and down the hall until at least 3 a.m. The breakfast was so crowded we couldn't find a seat.

As stand são bem receptivos, café da manhã ok (poderia ser melhor), limpeza deixou um pouco a desejar pois o chão do nosso apartamento parecia que não tinham feito limpeza anteriormente, tinham objetos esquecidos pelos hóspedes anteriores no banheiro, mas o pior na minha opinião foi a o travesseiro que parecia um pedra, eu usei a coberta como travesseiro porque em 5 min que tentei dormir com o travesseiro que estava na cama me doeu o pescoço.
