Don't swim in the pool

The pool was absolutely disgusting. There was debris and scum in it and no one was in the pool. I was looking forward to swimming in a pool in hot sunny Florida and this was not the place to do that.

This location needs some updates. The pool needs to be cleaner and maintained. The food at the bar was not the quality I've been use to with Doubletree. I observed side doors to not be secure due to the swelling of the doorframes. I wish the Peleton bike was accomindating with regular shoes because I certainly would've used it. Of course the cookies were fantastic. Room was clean and we were told that two waters a day were complimentary until our service worker then told us as we requested bottles that they were $2 a piece. Hopefully adjustments are made because it's a good location.

The staff is so courteous and helpful. I have stated this property many many times and always top-notch! Also love the lobby bar excellent bartenders great service as well as the breakfast in the morning huge selection very nice and again best staff ever.
