Once qe got to the hotel it was good until these kids decided to try to kick the door in and broke the top lock off. Then to turn around and do it again after they fixed the lock. The night manager i don't think believed it's but he sent security to look around the complex. Then i spoke with the dayshift manager and she was awesome she took care of us and moved us rooms so that it wouldnt happen again. Other than that it was a great stay.

The property looks like a motel. Not a hotel. It’s dingy and my daughter said it looked sad. People were smoking cigarettes and marijuana at the front of their door and in the pool area. The people in the area were trashy. Really disgusting place and not to mention the cleaning lady left pretzels on the floor from the previous guest and the shower head was holding on to dear life. I am requesting a refund for my stay. This place is gross.

Nice place at a great value

The pools were great. Loved the music playing at the Lagoon pool. They also had a DJ and grilled tacos on Saturday. Our room was clean and beds were comfortable. Next time I will ask for a tower room, or if I have to be in the villas, I would request to be on the back side of the villas. It was very loud being in front by the parking lot. Will definitely stay again.

This was a cool place to stay. Safe, and close to the parks. My only complaint aside from some non working facilities would be, the rude gate boy. Young boy working in the morning had his earphones on while watching a video. He didn’t want to be disturbed but we needed to head out and, he yelled at my family and I for simply wanting to exist the property. Other than that I totally recommend this place!!!

My stay was not good at all. The front desk service was poor. The person lacked customer service skills. Doubletree did not honor Hilton member and we was not offered the chocolate cookies had to ask them for it. We were not given water like they were supposed to have offered. The room had an awful lingering smell similar to mold. The microwave and floor was not clean, I had to clean them myself. The bathroom light constantly blinked. Overall my stay was not great. I would never stay at this brand hotel again.

The outdoor pools and bar were great for our family. Everything was very clean and neat. The rooms in the tower were comfortable and had everything we needed, but are dated and in need of some TLC.
