It looked like a run down apartment complex with an office building in the middle. The lobby was very nice. Staff was awesome. The gym had broken equipment. The pool area looked very updated but it was cold as hell during my stay. The rooms we just “okay.”

The staff was wonderful. The place itself is outdated and a bit unkept. The shower needed a thorough cleaning and the hard water stains removed from the shower head.The outside games need lots of repair. The pools were very nice. The lobby and bar area was also very nice.

After being in the car for 30 hours driving from Iowa to Key West, this was a much-needed stop. The hotel and property were BEAUTIFUL, and the room was so comfortable. We will definitely be back, hopefully for a longer stay next time! We loved the cabana bar by one of the pools called the Barefoot! We have one of those in our hometown!

Room was eh, instructions weren’t clear we had to park quite a ways away from the room And there was a party until at least 2 AM in a room of a family of guests And then there were blaring horns at 5 AM so it was pretty unpleasant. Also, the towels felt like sandpaper wouldn’t stay there.

Parking was absolutely ridiculous. The fact that they charge what they do and you need to park miles away from you room is crazy. Spots were being occupied by golf carts and rocks for a landscaping projects

First the hotel and property was not that clean. I bought a $25 card for game room. It took machine 30 minutes to produce card. I went to front desk and they said they don't own the machine and couldn't do anything about it. Unless I got my credit card bill to show and they would the dispute with gaming company. The Parking is TERRIBLE I Mean TERRIBLE! Then last my wallet was stolen out of my room. I will not ever come back to this Double tree.
