The staff was very friendly and the grounds were very clean. The room itself was perfect and comfortable. Their texting system was amazing and easy to use. If I needed something more for the room, I could just shoot a quick text and they helped out right away! My ONLY complaint is the check-in process. The first part is wonderful and straight forward. But, to retrieve your room key bracelet, you have to go to ANOTHER desk that is set up to basically try to sell you on a program with the ruse of gift certificate, free nights etc etc. I'm already using your property, you don't need to sell it to me. Especially after having been traveling since 4am, the last thing I want is a sales pitch. Outside of that, it was an amazing experience and I'll be sure to use again when needing to accommodate several people under one roof.

We had an excellent stay at Club Wyndham Cypress Palms. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, making it feel like a home away from home. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the property was quiet and well maintained. The amenities were great, especially the pool area, and the location was convenient to everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
