We always enjoy our stay at Caribe Royal! The only downside this time was a hair found in my food, but they did apologize and take it off the bill. We loved the new sports bar inside!

Terrible Experience - Avoid This Resort! Lice!!! I had a really awful experience at this resort that I need to share. Just hours before our flight, I found lice in my daughter’s hair. I rushed to the pharmacy across from the hotel to buy shampoo, but then I had to wash her hair in the cold shower next to the pool because the hotel staff did not offer us any bathroom or appropriate space to handle the situation. It was incredibly stressful, especially since we were supposed to be enjoying our vacation. What made it worse was that after I reported the issue, the hotel took 72 hours to tell me that our room was clean and insisted we didn’t get the lice from them. This denial was shocking and frustrating, especially since I was dealing with this problem right there at the hotel, and the staff showed no concern or support. On top of all this, we were extra charged $38 a day for room cleaning, which I thought would include a proper standard of hygiene. Clearly, that was not the case. I can't recommend this place. The lack of support from management during such a distressing time was completely unacceptable. If you're looking for a resort that truly cares about its guests, look elsewhere!

We had a beautiful stay. Staff were all friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The kids had a blast swimming all day and into the night. We would definitely stay again if we return to Florida for vacation.

Comfort..no. convenient for local. Yes

The resort was nice. I found it ridiculous that you had to not only pay a daily resort fee but you also had to pay a separate daily fee to park your own car. They had an event one night at the convention center and all of those people took the parking spots that lined the hotel. We had to park at another building and walk across the resort to even get to our room. The beds...horrible. not one ounce of comfort. I would suggest a foam topper if you will be staying a few days. The location was nice and around several things to do.
