Short but Sweet

This was me and my Wife first time staying here and they didn't disappoint. From the moment we pulled up we were greeted, the beds were a bit firm but not too uncomfortable. Staff was pleasant and we love the surrounding area where it's located security is on site which was a plus. Overall, we'd definitely stay here again.

The property and staff were all excellent. The ability to communicate with staff via text messages throughout my stay was a definite plus. My only issue was the $35 parking fee. If I am staying at your property why should I pay to park my car on top of the daily resort fee? Other than that I would recommend this hotel to friends.

Bad Communication

I did not stay. I was trying to use my hotel.com gift card to pay but I could not use it at the property. I first sent a message through the hotel.com app to the hotel. Due to the response time , I ended up calling the hotel instead and they stated I could use the gift card at the end of my stay. Hrs later, while I’m on the road I get a message back stating I could not use my gift card at the property, the gift card would have to use it through hotel.com st time of checkout. I asked them y to cancel and they stated they couldn’t , to go through hotel.com. Which I did but haven’t heard anything back. I ended up booking another hotel. Which was a great stay.

This is a great option to stay close to Disney without staying on Disney property. The resort is beautiful with all the amenities plus transportation to the parks. The restaurant options are great amd the food is delicious. The service is friendly and the staff helpful. Highly recommend

Extras add up

Nice hotel but over priced. Resort fee 35 a night, self parking 29 per nice, water 7 per bottle in the room. Too expensive for a business trip and being at the hotel for 9 hours.
