My family spent a wonderful and relaxing vacation here. Transportation to the Disney parks was excellent. The beds were comfortable and we rested well after long days at the parks. The pool was refreshing and my kids loved the water slide. The food was delicious. Staff was always helpful and friendly. The spa was an amazing experience as well. Property is well kept, clean and safe. We had a great experience!

Nice hotel, but needs some staffing

I’ve stayed here several times in the past, however this stay was riddled with problems. Had issues with the Rum bar in the evening, very busy with only one person working. Just thought she should’ve had help with so many people. Tried to have breakfast at the Tropicale at 0830. There was plenty of seating available, however we were told that there would be a 30-45 minute wait until we could be seated. Ended up being over an hour. Mini fridge in room would not get colder than 55 degrees F. Called the front desk for assistance, but never got an answer for when it would be fixed.

Overall, I would say this property was very nice; however, the buildings themselves are very dated. This may have been linked to the musty smell in the room, contacted customer service and very little was done to accommodate the awful smell. The pool area was nice, but was overwhelmed with crowds of kids, which definitely took away from the overall atmosphere. dining options were nice and convenient.
