Unfortunately, the room was not clean when we checked in. While the staff responded quickly and moved us to another room, the overall condition of the hotel was disappointing. The facility appears run down and in need of repairs and a thorough cleaning. That said, the staff were excellent, friendly, helpful, and accommodating. My criticism is directed at the state of the facility, not the service.

The majority of the building lost power for a the evening. Although not their fault they should have been able to identify and fix the problem more quickly. My 3 year old daughter and I sat in the dark until she panicked so much we had to go to our vehicle. Even handing out flashlights to the rooms would have been nice. Some sort of plan in place would be smart. Not to mention how quickly the rooms got hot with no air conditioning. Luckily there was a balcony door that could be opened

Requested adjoining rooms advertised they had them, they dint. Building is very dated, smells like mould, the main entrance doors were wide ipen with an industrial fan blowing into the building, i guess to address the moist mouldy air? The first floor rooms are very dated and are very moist, mould in the bathroom dirty carpets. I guess you get what you pay for. Some advise, spend the extra money to get a much more decent room! I lost out on 2 rooms for 1 night at $300+ as they would not refund me. Poor customer service to boot.

The young man on the desk was friendly and welcoming but the building is in need of some repair and certainly painting. Small things we noticed. Also 2 ice machines, one broken during our stay the other didn't have ice on the 3 occasions I went there on different days.
