Pictures online made this place look good. As soon as you walk in. You have this smell of the pool and a musty smell. The lighting was very poor which contributed to the unwelcoming feeling you got. The room had horrible odors. I was moved to another room and felt so uncomfortable that I called and asked if I could get my money back. I was told yes I can and my husband and I left and got another hotel for the night. I just called the hotel as I have not received my refund. I was told that since I booked through Expedia they got the refund and I need to ask for my refund. I will be contacting Expedia now.

I was very disappointed in the overall maintenance of this property. It’s run done and dated! When I checked in I was given a room key, drove to where the room was, walked in and was disgusted to find I was assigned a room that was not cleaned … the bed was unsaid and dirty and the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke I called and called and called the front desk which Jo one answered, so I then walked back to front desk and asked if it’s common for them to give people dirty uncleaned rooms, the lady was dismissive and basically said oh sorry, and gave me another room key. When we went to use the pool area we had to walk upstairs to the front desk again to get pool towels?!?!? Which is ridiculous! Once I walked up there, no one was around… NO employees anywhere…. I waited and waited and finally a guy came and I got some stuff over starched pool towels. Got to the pool which is in desperate need or a good cleaning and paint job, the. Went to the “hot” tub… which was literally colder than the pool water!! Very very disappointed in our stay and experience!

Property had a lot of amenities which is why I went to stay there for a test night before I bring my kids. But he arcade was not open during the day on Sunday. There was a smell in the hallways and the sink was not well maintained in my room. There wasn't any hot water running from it. Disappointed.

The front desk was very accommodating as i needed to extend my stay a day and they were nice enough to change me from second floor to main floor without issue. Only complaint was that the key dies not open the door vlosest to where my room is. I have to go tge the other door on the otger dide of tge pool and walk over.

Will not stay again

The overall hotel is old, dirty and unkept. Walking through the halls smelled foul and strong of curry/onions. Our room smelled nasty- like wet dog. The balcony was covered in cigarette butts and ashes. Generally when I go to a hotel I want to smell bleach on my towels and sheets. Nothing smelled clean, I slept in a ball in my clothes and couldn’t wait to go home. I didn’t see a trace of insects bed bugs or roaches but I did check. The carpets in our room were not vacuumed and there was hair stuck to the tile. This place is gross and needs a complete overhaul. The staff at reception was great and very friendly. That’s about all.

The room was tidied but left filthy. The bathroom floors were evidently dirty, the pool area was atrocious; the hot tub was tepid at best. Dog feces outside our patio door. No sheer blinds. Cigarette burn in lampshade. Not worth the cost in the slightest.

Rooms are tired. TV remote was dead. Went and got batteries only to discover TV channels were not working. My parking spot in front of room 135 was full of broken glass and there are so many cigarette butts around the patio doors. This place needs alot of attention.

Unfortunately had very loud neighbours and people who smoked weed. With the air conditioner on, it sucked both cigarette and tobacco smoke into the room. Our room smelled of stale cigarettes. Our bathroom was dirty-stains on the door and walls. The walls appear to be thin because we could hear the baby crying next door and the parent’s arguments -made it difficult to sleep.
