The washing machine on the floor that I was on which was the second floor of the resort did not work at all. The call for room service was disconnected four times. The welcome and committee was excellent totally exquisite overall hospitality was five stars.

Enjoyable stay

Second stay at the Eagle Aruba Resort within a year. Decent place with nice pool area. The service is generally good to very good. Rooms are dated though. Otherwise a good and enjoyable stay and somewhat more reasonable than other hotels.

I’ve stayed here over 5 times already and will continue this o come for many years! It’s easy, it’s comfortable, the kids love the pool around. It’s he adults loves the carnival show every Wednesday night! Nothing but great music things to say every single time.

The place is great if yoj want to be close to beach and the supermarket to buy food. The coworkers needs to rocus more on doing their job than talking with each other. We stayed waiting in front of them to finish their unnecessary chatty talk. It was really rude of them.

The beach was amazing and not overcrowded and only 3 minutes walk or a quick free golf cart ride. Pools are nice. The food was good and not expensive. Live music every night at the pool was great. The staff was great and helpful. Small casino, but still a lot of fun. Great for families with kids all ages.

This was our 4th trip to stay at Eagle Aruba, booked in January and was put up on 5th level and no internet connection. Tried to get ground level and they wanted to charge additional money. Kinda making us think about going somewhere else, they no longer include our beer in happy hr so wasn’t happy about that plus they raised it 2 bucks more.

I went on a girls’ trip and stayed here for a week. The DJs at the adult pool and activities like bingo, trivia, etc. made each day fun. Convenient 5 min walk to the beach with many palapas and beach chairs to sit at. There were a couple days that we requested housekeeping, but they didn’t come. Aside from that, the resort was clean. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was spacious and clean. Pools were lovely and really cleaned daily. But here comes the but….. this hotel is near a sewage plant. You can smell sewage when you are outside of the hotel. You smell sewage on the beach. I came here for beach but this “beach” is clearly not clean. The food servers were lovely but front desk was not so helpful.
