many complaints! intake staff is terrible, from the manager on down! female on 2nd shift (with the walker) should never be allowed into customer service period! she has no customer service skills whatsoever. elevator is broken & they put me on the 3rd floor, water only gets lukewarm at best. we will never ever go back to this place, the good ratings have to paid or bots!

When I checked in on Thursday, the hotel's only elevator was out. It was still out when I checked out Sunday morning. The corridors outside the room smelled musty. The cable connection kept cutting in and out. The wifi worked well.

Place smells

There was a funky smell throughout the hotel and in the room. The air was not on when we went in the room so it was hot and took a long time to cool off. No parking for large trucks with trailers. Would not stay here again

The only thing that I would say that was at any part negative was that there was a free breakfast included listing but there was no breakfast to be had
