The bathroom sink was dirty, the tv didn't work and no answer at the front desk when called over and over and let ring forever. The breakfast left much to be desired. The area wasn't kept clean after others used it...no one working it at all. I loved the pillows and the shower head worked well. I won't be staying at another Sleep Inn & Suites.

The bathroom sink had a 2" black ring around the top that I was able to wipe off with my finger.....it wasn't touched by cleaning staff. The tv didn't work so I called the front desk. Got NO ANSWER. I fixed the tv myself. I let the phone just ring and was never answered. The breakfast area was filthy and no one was there to stay on top of cleaning it between customers. I settled on a Hostess danish. The coffee ran out mid-cup & no one there to make more. The ONE good thing about my stay is they had my favorite pillows. I'll probably never stay at a Sleep Inn & Suites again.

There were prepackaged croissants to heat up, yogurt, cereal, and waffles for breakfast. The bathroom in our room had brown stains on the door, and the rooms and hallways smelled stale. The hot tub looked green due to the stains, and you could smell the chlorine as soon as you wenter the hotel. The beds were comfortable though.

The room was clean. Staff was helpful. Parking was easy. I enjoyed the hot tub and pool area. Breakfast had limited options but was enjoyable nonetheless. Area was relatively safe- did not hear anything weird or concerning from my room. Also, the doors lock at night, which made me feel safer.

Wonderful Staff!!

We were in OKC for a family emergency. Started out with 2 nights, extended another 2 nights, then finally a 5th night. Everyone was very helpful in facilitating the extension. The staff was wonderful!!! To be honest, they were the bright spot of our visit.The hot tub felt excellent after all day at the hospital. I would go back due to the staff anyday!!
