There was a (BEDBUG) on my child that had bitten her and I put into a cup after I caught it, and took it straight to the front desk and the person was very very rude and acted like it didn’t matter not refunded no different room no accommodations at all. I will never ever stay here again.

Clean and comfortable for the age of the hotel. A bit stingy with the towels and the free breakfast is a bit lacking, especially since they will charge you $10 I believe it says if you take a plate to your room.

My stays at this hotel have been great except for this guy named Jeff trying to charge extra for everything. Such as bringing breakfast back to your room and having guest.

I walked in to the lobby and seen a woman pleading for a refund because her deadbolt wouldnt lock and she feared for her safety. She was denied and left crying. After 25 mins in line to check-in, I realized why she was in fear. The place is overrun with prostitutes, and druggies. Stay away from this place.
