Exceptional Stay – Outstanding Customer Service! I cannot say enough wonderful things about my stay at Comfort Suites, From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine sense of hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to make sure every part of my visit was perfect. The hotel itself is immaculate—every corner was spotless, and you can tell they take great pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. My room was beautifully prepared, fresh-smelling, and incredibly comfortable. Housekeeping did an outstanding job every day, ensuring everything was pristine. What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the customer service. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to assist with anything I needed. They treated me not just as a guest but as a valued individual, always going the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable and happy. From the front desk to the housekeeping team to the restaurant staff, everyone was simply amazing. I have never felt more welcomed at a hotel, and I will absolutely be returning. It was nice

Booked for the hot tub and pool. Don’t get a chance to use either until very early the next morning. Children running crazy and there were no towels by the pool. The room was great. Comfy bed and pillows.

Chose this property because we wanted an indoor pool and sauna. Checked in on Thursday 12/26 and the sauna was not working and checked out on Tuesday12/30 and it was still not working. Also every time housekeeping replaced our towels, we got 1 wash cloth and had to go to the front desk to get more.

The staff were lovely and the breakfast was really nice. The room was average. The only thing that was a little worrisome was the parking. When we got there, there was a car alarm going off and no one in sight and some broken glass on the floor. Thankfully, our car was okay.
