House keeping has done a great job with keeping rooms clean however I believe the curtains need some sort of cleaning as it looks quite old/ dirty. Only a gym on site for a 5 star hotel. I would have expected better it felt more of a 4 star.

The staff were uniformly helpful and polite. After a 15 hour flight we arrived at Pullman Airport at 9:00 AM, hours before their 4:00 PM checkin. Within 20 minutes we were in our room, showered and asleep. The hotel was a short walk to Sydney’s excellent metro system. The concierge Stewart was friendly and very helpful, always helpful and checking up on us afterwards. He also got us a taxi on New Years Eve, and if you have been in Sydney for New Years that is nothing short of a miracle. We have found our go to place in Sydney.

The carpets in our room were filthy and there was an item left behind by previous guests in the room. Restaurant was just okay. The room and amenities were not of a 5 star standard and put us off staying at a Pullman hotel again. Saving grace of our stay is that the staff member (a chap called Stewart) helping with our luggage/storage on check out was excellent.

Enjoyed my stay. The hotel is up-to-date and comfortable. It is walkable from the airport but it is a bit of a hike which is made more difficult with luggage, especially if you have a good bit of luggage. The only reason I would not rate this property as excellent is that they do have transportation to the airport but you have to pay for it.

Well located right by airport. It's too bad shuttle service is not free. For such a short distance, it should be. The metro is a 5 minutes walk and there are good restaurants nearby. The staff is friendly but I got sick eating their breakfast buffet. And they don't refill amenities in the rooms consistently. No body lotion refill, asked for tea to be refill which never arrived. Some days they gave us water bottles others they didn't
