I paid in full for a horrible experience 1. Elevator didn't work. We stayed on the 3rd floor. 2. Staff in the morning just didn't care. 3. Wifi unreliable. 4. Weekday breakfast is limited and so not restock food. 5. You're room will get housekeeping AFTER you check out. So bring your own towels. 6. No hand soap in rooms bathroom. 7 HOtel 8. Weed in property and outside. 9. Outside safety - rates 6 from 1-6 10 being the worst. 10. Did I mention the elevator didn't work and there was no partial refund or any type of reduced fair. Very much a greedy property. It's a Legacy Hotel but owned by Indian family. Did I mention the ELEVATOR was out. I was on the 3rd floor. P.s the pool was nice.

The facilities you see online is not what you see when you check in. I didn’t feel safe, for my 16 year old walking around the facilities. We ran into several guest at the hotel that didn’t need to be there in a family surrounding areas. The breakfast menu was very minimal. Not impressed at all. Didn’t have towels in our room.

You get what you pay for

It was nice to have adjoining rooms with our family. The updates looked nice; bathroom was beautiful. Breakfast was average. Lady could’ve been more friendly when we asked for more coffee during breakfast because it was empty. The rooms SMELLED HORRIBLE. They had an extreme cigarette smell. Air freshener, opening the patio doors and turning down the air did not help. All of our clothing smelled of the smoke, even clothing still in our bags. There was dog poop on the balcony. The beds squeaked and shook with each movement. Elevator was broken so we took the stairs to the 3rd floor each time. It was a great location though! Although, there were numerous other hotels right beside this one. Won’t be staying here again.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE NEVER AGAIN. hotel receptionist was absolutely terrible got us evicted for doing absolutely nothing after continuously not helping us with anything, not the smell not my broken window screen , the stained bedding and chair and curtains. She was absolute hell. Manager on the other hand was very helpful super nice, gave us a full refund for our stay, only good thing that happened. Photos of the receptionist and room below.

Very nice!

Everything was good, excellent value, if I'd paid 30% more it still would have been a great value. Only complaint was breakfast was lacking. Typical hotel breakfast just limited choices. Would absolutely stay here again!

NOT SURE BUT THIS MAY BE THE DIRTIEST NASTIEST HOTEL IN OKC! I EVEN MADE A VIDEO SHOWING HOW DISGUSTING THE PROPERTY WAS. THE AMOUNT OF TRASH AND GARBAGE WAS UNBELIEVABLE. THE CLEANEST THING WAS THE POOL BUT EVEN THAT WAS HARD BECAUSE ALL THE TRASH SURROUNDING IT KEPT BLOWING IN THE POOL. THERE WAS PEE AND TRASH IN THE HALWAY GOING UP THE STAIRS TO THE 2ND FLOOR . IT WAS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING TO THE POINT I WOULD NOT SLEEP THERE I STAYED WITH MY FAMILY AND ONLY USED THE POOL WHILE THERE. THERE WAS CLOTHES HANGING OFF THE BALCONY. THE PERSON NECT DOOR TO MY ROOM HAD A DOG BOWL WITH DOG FOOD AND DIRTY CLOTHES ON THE BALCONY WE SHARED. $129$ FOR 2 DAYS AND COULD NOT EVEN SLEEP IN THE NASTY HOTEL ROOM I PAID FOR.

Pictures deceiving

The pictures make it seem clean and all, but pictures are a little deceiving, rooms had stains on the walls. Bathrooms were dirty, no one showered due to dirty tubs. Outside there was trash just about anywhere you looked. Smelled, os many people out smoking i guess, some suspicious smells as well.
