Casa Charcas
is a very complete and recently restored village house in the center of Ojén. A place that is situated in the mountains, just above Marbella. Surprisingly, not yet affected by tourism, while the beach is only a few minutes away by car. Your daily life takes place between your Spanish neighbors. The village square with its terraces and restaurants is just around the corner.
The space
The house consists of two floors and a large roof terrace. The ground floor houses a living room followed by a large open kitchen, of course
including all appliances, crockery and cooking equipment. Half in the kitchen
a large dining table where you can sit with a group of up to 8 people. A wood burning stove in the sitting area for cooler winter evenings.
In the seating area there is a large sofa that can be converted into a double bed of 1.60 m wide if desired. The television offers a substantial range of international (including many Dutch) channels. Next to the kitchen is the passage to the first bedroom with its own bathroom.
The first floor consists almost entirely of a second bedroom, of course with a luxury bathroom.
The intermediate terrace with “coffee bar” gives access to the huge roof terrace: sun loungers, separate seating, large dining table and an outdoor kitchen with barbecue, extra fridge and washing machine
The house is equipped with air conditioning, WiFi, heating and a hot water system with solar energy.
