You'll most likely be coming in via Shinshu - Matsumoto Airport (MMJ), so after you've fetched your suitcase you'll need to travel 40 kilometres to the northeast.

This city is brimming with impressive things to do, and many of them are found near Ohinata. It's not easy to pick the best attractions, but the Kogaku-ji Temple and the Honmachi Machiyakan are two you can't miss.
