Crappy, racsist hotel

I will never stay at a comfort inn again. My last two experiences were not good but this last trip was the final straw. When I booked online I booked a king bed with a sofa bed for me and my two daughters. When I got there I wasn't allowed to stay in the room I booked because the room was meant for 2 adults, and I had one adult and two children. The breakfast was horrible, there was a chunk of something in my coffee and yet this wasn't even the worst part. The last night we were swimming when another family came to swim but they weren't allowed because they brought pool floaties, and a person wasn't listed on the room. Which the Hispanic family was very quick to not use the toys and to pay the extra money for the third adult, but even with them complying the front desk lady insisted she was being treated and called the cops on them. There was no confrontation and she was very quick to call the cops. I was honestly in shock so when I asked what the problem was trying to help she also told the cops she was being harassed, and my key card to my room was deactivated. The racism towards the family was so blatantly clear and sad to watch and for my room to not be accessible, that had my kids medical supplies in, just for sticking up for the family is sickening. Needles to say comfort inn has the absolute worst customer service and hospitality and I will not be back

Check in was quick and easy. Just stopped on for a night while on the road. Room would've been fine, but it eas very dirty. There was what looked like soda or other liquids splashed and dried all over nearly every wall in the room. Light switches were filthy. Bedding had stains and holes on it. Pillows and sheets smelled dirty. I question if the sheets and pillow cases were even clean or not. The arms of the chair in our room was just caked with filth and should thrown out. It was so dirty it was almost black. The continetal breakfast was bad. Just some gross looking egg pucks and sausage patties and small selection of cereal. If we had not been so tired when we arrived I would have made a complaint regarding the filthy room and tried to get some money back. Would not stay again.

Good stay for what we spent; close to family

Pretty good stay for the money spent. Room seemed clean but the torn conditions of the window drapes made me wonder how much love each room gets. Upon opening the bathroom door, it looked clean but smelled as if someone had recently used it. Perhaps it was just stale air, as the nasty smell was gone when we returned later that night and had aired out the bathroom. I appreciated that it was quiet and the breakfast was good; appreciated how hard the staff worked to keep it well stocked.

This place is not for light sleepers. Could hear plenty of people walking and doors slamming. The AC unit did not have an option for continual noise to use for whiteout noise. And it would pop on and off and it was loud when it did. I did not sleep well at all.
