We stayed at Best Western Port Lincoln from 23–26 December 2025 in an Ocean View Queen Room. The hotel has a wonderful location with beautiful views, and the room was clean and comfortable with some nice upgrades. The receptionist was also friendly and helpful. We wish we could have given this place a 5 star review like others, but sadly this is not the case for us. Unfortunately, our stay was disrupted by repeated loud music coming from the managers’ residence directly above our room and later from the beach area in front of our balcony. While we enjoy music, the volume was extremely loud and made it difficult to relax in our room or on the balcony, despite paying a premium for the ocean view. This left us feeling sad and frustrated during our stay. We raised the issue respectfully with the managers; the music was turned down twice, but on the third occasion it was simply moved to the beach, which did not resolve the problem. Given the cost of the room and the frequency of the disturbance, we raised the matter with the company. A partial refund was offered, which we declined in order to leave an honest review. It’s a shame, as this was previously a place we enjoyed, but this experience fell well way short of expectations for the price paid for a balcony view which we sadly couldn't enjoy peacefully during our stay.

This room was booked for my parents, they had a lovely stay. Room was clean and it was quiet. The out of hours lock box worked well for the key, thank you. The only issue was the shower/bath option in this room, it wasn't suitable for my Dad who has mobility issues but not a biggie as it was only overnight. I appreciated them not having to travel on Christmas night.

Is a wicked spot right on the beach, would be good in summer. Right on the edge of the middle of town so not flat out busy. Good Chinese spot 100m away. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Very friendly reception. Very old thin towels. Mattress was creaky and hard. Outside base of shower needed cleaning. Fridge was on high and caused our drinks to freeze up. We turned it down and cleaners kept turning it back on to high. Overall the room was okay and despite the very noisy residents leaving from 6am onwards, we felt very safe while there.
