We liked the place most especially the cleanliness. You can smell the freshness of the pillows and bed sheets . I am glad they doesn't allow anyone to smoke. The staff was professional. The downside was that they didn't even give a courtesy to provide bottled water in the room. Since there was no breakfast provided. Then you have to pay for parking. The coffee provided was only from 6a.m. to 11 a.m. I hope they'll change to whole day. Maybe we will come again in the future.

The front desk staff are very polite and helpful. the house keeping staff needs retraining as they are not taking care in the cleanliness of the rooms. Also, when occupying the rooms and daily cleaning hot spots as the bathroom are only being straightened and not cleaned.

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel. Our room was on the top floor (7th) on the corner. It had a nice ocean view from the balcony. The room was clean and we enjoyed our stay. Parking is not free so you have to pay when you check in. If I go back to OC, I would consider this hotel but will get the ocean front room. Overall, I don't really have anything negative to say except that we had to ask for our room floor to be cleaned and ask for towels and toilet paper each day.

Compared to other hotels in that area, I would say this is one of the best. We have stayed at other hotels and it has been absolutely disgusting. But not this place! Well, not perfect. I would certainly rather stay at this hotel over others. The balcony was a little bit small and the partitions that separated, each balcony left some gaps for people to see and hear you. Also, if you’re close to somebody, that’s smoking the devils lettuce you’re going to smell it unfortunately. But what can ya do?! The staff was very nice and it’s really conveniently located immediately off the boardwalk. If we go to Ocean City Maryland again I will absolutely stay there.

When we arrived at the property, the room wasn’t ready, when they got us a room, we went upstairs we get into the room. There were still people in the room we had. There were no shampoo and body wash. Both bottles were empty. The check out I asked the manager upfront to give us at least an hour extension since we were not able to check in until 6 PM, the manager refused to give us an hour. He just offered 15 minutes only 15 minutes. I had a very bad experience. I’m not happy with the services that were provided.

Outdoor pool well designed, particularly for children. Plenty of lounge chairs & towels. However, restroom was out of order, and there was no nearby restroom, not even in the lobby. Our room: One clean folded towel when opened up had either lipstick or nail polish smear on it. Floor needed swept. Ice bucket needs lid to keep ice for any length of time.

My family and I had a great mini vacation. And it was nice to bring our dog and stay in the cabana building. Being right on the beach was great. We took advantage of the 2 free rental beach chairs. I would suggest to add more hooks in the bathroom for bath towels.
