One of the best hotels in Nusa Dua. The facilities are great and the upkeep is nice. Best to get club floor or villa, in order to enjoy club access. Villa has a nice size private pool and good aircon. Sadly, some lights did not work and my room doorbell intercom did not work. I will stay here again.

Beautiful suite right in front of the beach and next to the kid's club, perfect for families. However, the steps to the tub in the bedroom tripped all of us up multiple times, especially at night. Another thing is that the curtains, while opaque, do not close off the windows entirely and streams of sunlight pierced through every morning, waking us all up at 6am on a holiday. Food quality at the main restaurants was not great and portions were small for the price. Nevertheless, room service breakfast was excellent, and much better quality than in the club room or at the signature restaurant. Service was exceptional, with staff quick to respond and always friendly. They are also very helpful, and helped me locate and recover my lost items threw times ( blame mom brain). Massage at the spa was one of the best I've had in Bali over the many years, but the spa itself is rather basic, without any extra amenities that other 5-star hotel spas have.

Very nice resort with great facilities. Staff extremely friendly and accommodating, the only let down was we booked transport from airport to the hotel but no one showed up and was a very stressful experience with a tired and restless baby and toddler in the heat we end up having to get a taxi. Overall the food was great but not much options for kids, i would return when the kids are a bit older.

This is the first hotel i stayed in Bali that totally lacks any personal touch and welcome feeling. It was totally disappointing and way below expectations in terms of service. We booked club room, the staff at club does not provide much information about facilities and services, etc on check-in (like we only found out there is a shuttle bus to bali collection by chance). The service at club is slow and there is nothing to eat apart from orange, apple and peanuts aft bfast till afternoon tea. Afternoon Tea's variety is repetitive. Did not feel club benefits were worth the extra price. Kwee zeen breakfast has a good variety but poor service. There are no napkins provided on many occasions, staff do not ask what beverage you would like. We had 1 lunch at kwee zeen, first you have to get someones attention to even place your order and I waited 25 minute for an asparagus soup that came barely warm. The staff did not serve the bread basket, had to ask for that and wait again. The restaurant hardly had any diners at that time. The hotel and restaurants were not particularly busy during our stay to justify such poor service. Overall the hotel just feels very commercial. The biggest downside is the service, its the worst i came across in Bali. The lady at the club during our checkout was not interested to hear any feedback, she just wanted to settle the payment and brushed everything off with sorry without listening or wanting to understand where they can improve. Wont go back!
