Romantic accommodation in Nueces

We had a wonderful experience at the hotel! The staff was incredibly helpful and went out of their way to accommodate us. We had a little mix-up with our booking from Expedia, as we expected a two-bedroom suite but found a one-bedroom. However, the hotel staff quickly assisted us by bringing in an extra bed along with more towels, ensuring everyone had a comfortable night's sleep. The pool was fantastic and open until 11 PM, which was perfect for the kids to enjoy and play together. One suggestion I have is to consider adding a shower chair for those who might need it. The staff was so gracious in trying to help with our needs, and I believe a medical shower chair could be a great addition for easy access in the bathrooms. Overall, we had a lovely stay!

Loved it here. wish all double tree hotels were this great, everyone was so welcoming and the room was awsome. Wish we could go bakc right now. Cleaning crew on floor 6 was outstanding. Top hotel.

Like having valet service available. Quiet atmosphere while in the room. Pleasant stay.

The coffee maker did not work , it was very dusty on the furniture and coffee maker. The phone in the room did not work , it was dead no deal tone .

It was nice. The kids enjoyed the pool. It was also very clean.
