Some of the staff need a customer service training. I arrived to the hotel Around 4:15, check in time being at 4pm, the room was not ready and was given an estimated time of 5 minutes and asked if that was okay. I mean what else was I supposed to do and this gentleman replied well it can be an hour and 5 mins wait (not sure why he was being rude). I then asked about parking since it was very packed, and I received a sarcastic remark from the gentleman (Christopher). Not sure was was wrong with this individual. I go back to see if my room is ready, it's been over the 5 mins and nothing yet. I never got an I'm sorry for the inconvenience until the THIRD time I inquired about my room. It was a disappointing experience. The beach view was nice and the location was great but definitely needs improvement with customer service.
