The shower was the part about it. Large, great water pressure and clean. The pillows were no bigger than throw pillows. The temperature could not be changed without either shutting off the fan or having maintenance come adjust it. The surrounding area is very noisy late into the night.

The building is old but you can tell it has been remodeled. The remodeling they accomplished looks great. However, you can still tell it is just an older structure because of how the A/C works. The plumbing is ridiculously loud from our neighbors upstairs taking baths, flushing commodes, etc

We were not able to stay at Best Western because we live locally. Their policy is within 30 miles you cannot book. This is no where on the reservation when you book through hotels.com. The staff made no exceptions and was incredibly rude when I told them we were on a staycation.

Like the covered parking, but a little surprised at having a $20/day charge tacked on. I would rather have known ahead of time. The TV remote cover top was broken off. Finally got it to work, but surely y’all don’t want that condition to be permanent.

I liked the view from my window. That is just across from the bay and all the downtown restaurants. Breakfast was very organized and clean. Room was clean but there was a very bad smell coming out of the bathroom. Noise was bad but is understandable since we were downtown and ocean drive. Honestly i recommend this hotel and I would come back again.
