I arrived early a few hours 130 pm and asked if I could check in early, was told no, that is ok, no harm no foul, I was given a list to put my name down and was told I would be given a call when rooms would be ready to check in. Check in time is at 4 pm, I showed up 245 just in case and it was a mad house approximately 50 people in line or more so. 4 pm line is bigger and check ins just start, 545 pm my wife and I finally get our room and no phone call still to let me know my room was ready, so the counter person just threw a list at me to appease me in stead of help me. She was extremely rude and even snatched the list out of my hand after I let her know the amount for my stay was already taken out of my account so I will be needing a room at check in time since she would not allow me to check in early. I met a couple at the swimming pool said they got their room at 830 and they put their name on "the list" before I did. Piss poor management, piss poor scheduling and piss poor experience. Samantha G at check in was a bright star amongst all of this. SHE NEEDS A promotion or raise. Extremly unhappy customer
