The cleanliness of the hotel rooms, restrooms, and pool were awful. This hotel has not done any kind of upkeep and has several ripped curtains, broken outlets, and old amenities in the guest rooms.

Wet room

Say 1 was fine and 2 were 2ok. Was gone entire day Friday, came back that night, floor was a lil damp and smelling like mildew. By Friday morning, it was real wet and. I was in the RR and heard water dripping from the center of the shower through the tile.. I could hear people in the room next to me talking to maintenance guy. I opened the door and asked if he was apart of maintenance, he said yes, and came in and inspected. Radioing in notifying the front desk or his partners. I also went to the front desk and reported it. Carpet wet from bathroom door to the refrigerator. It reaked of mildew for the rest of my stay. Saturday water was off. Front desk said it was city emergency. Went around town without a shower Saturday, until I got back in around 4.

Nightmare checkin

I arrived early a few hours 130 pm and asked if I could check in early, was told no, that is ok, no harm no foul, I was given a list to put my name down and was told I would be given a call when rooms would be ready to check in. Check in time is at 4 pm, I showed up 245 just in case and it was a mad house approximately 50 people in line or more so. 4 pm line is bigger and check ins just start, 545 pm my wife and I finally get our room and no phone call still to let me know my room was ready, so the counter person just threw a list at me to appease me in stead of help me. She was extremely rude and even snatched the list out of my hand after I let her know the amount for my stay was already taken out of my account so I will be needing a room at check in time since she would not allow me to check in early. I met a couple at the swimming pool said they got their room at 830 and they put their name on "the list" before I did. Piss poor management, piss poor scheduling and piss poor experience. Samantha G at check in was a bright star amongst all of this. SHE NEEDS A promotion or raise. Extremly unhappy customer

Our stay was terrible! Had no water to shower and front desk guy lied and said it was a city issue when it wasn’t ! Called city and city said that there was no issue so it was a personal issue with in the hotel! Also gave us a courtesy voucher for free breakfast and breakfast was gross I would much rather have wanted my money back also pool was filthy cloudy.

The property is definitely showing its age bathroom lighting off and on and flickered very low water pressure so slow refill of toilet water actually went off for a short time I want to emphasize the people I talk to on the property. all helpful and friendly. This is a property on the marina. Location is nice. I think the euphemism is deferred maintenance perhaps part of the broader decline of Corpus Christi tourist business Hard to say

We had a bad experience when the water stop turned off and could not shower or use the toilet. The refrigerator also smelled, the carpet did not seem cleaned and the plug when using the iron was loose.

Our stay was more than enjoyable. Definitely would stay there again if we find ourselves back in Corpus. The one and only complaint I have is the elevator doors are way too quick, I get that they need to be swift being a 20 story building with only 3 elevators, but one checked me in the shoulder while I was holding my newborn and she (and I) did not like that. With that said, I can’t understate how pleasant our stay was. Staff was smiley and accommodating, room was nice and clean, bed was very cozy and I could go on. Tell the elevator doors they’re not Jeff Gordon and this ain’t Daytona, but keep everything else the same.
