Awesome stay!

Thanks for keeping rooms clean and comfortable. Herc, at check-in desk, was particularly helpful with information given about the Corpus Christi area. Enjoyed our stay and looking forward to returning. Only thing is your daily parking fees could be more reasonable.

I don't even have the energy to write a long post. Let's just say PLEASE check your bedding. Mines was full of yellow and red stains. Then when I requested new bedding they where out of blankets, as I saw her removing the bedding I noticed stains on the bed pad as well. Absolutely disgusting. I will never EVER be back. I went to the Omni at this point.

The woman behind the bar is terrible

The quality of service at the front desk was great! At check-in, they handled a very crowded lobby with efficiency. The bar service, on the other hand, was horrible. Whoever the woman was behind the bar was extremely rude. Anyone who is that miserable at work needs to find something else to do. She was unprepared and was outwardly irritated when a customer needed anything. The hotel was great and all other staff were amazing, but whoever the woman behind the bar was really needs to be looked in to. Her attitude and demeanor really was an ugly spot on our otherwise great stay.

Uncomfortable stay! Plumbing problem

I hope your feet like taking a bubble bath while you shower! Because the water in the tub will not go down the drain as you shower. Power outlets on lamps do not work! TV remote does not work. And hair was everywhere. I advised staff of issues, and was moved. Same issues in the second room! Needless to say- I do not plan on returning.

Love how quiet the Bay Area was and also the beds were super comfy , best sleep! Very clean and close by to north beach , Aquarium and even nearby parks for children. Very cute for spouses to walk along the bay which is right across from the hotel ! Parking garage already included with the deposit.
