Excellent location

There are so few properties around Corpus where you can walk to the beach! We even had a small view of it from the porch. The location was great, pool was lovely, and condo itself was perfect for our family. I highly recommend this spot. The only downside was loud upstairs neighbors, but that can’t be helped. Everything else was perfect.

Lovely

My husband and I had a funeral to attend Monday and took a much needed respite with our little dog. I own a small janitorial service and was shocked there was absolutely nothing needed cleaning. Your cleaning staff does excellent work. And we enjoyed meeting our snowbird neighbors. We hope to return.

Perfect beach stay!

With in walking distance of the beach. Comfortable bed. A little confusing on check in when listing says you’ll receive check in information day before and we received it when the room was ready, but it was super simple to check in. Bring extra towels. There was 1 towel per person and with the humidity if you took a shower in the morning it was still wet at night. Make sure to take the trip to the jetty to see the sea turtles!

The unit was dirty, the refrigerator door had to be closed with a chair in front of it, the outside chairs were rusty and one was broken, bathroom not well cleaned. Lost all water on our last nite thru our departure.

Attention to details needed in this condo

Overall ok, Never could get the tv in the living area to connect to main stations, The bedroom tv worked fine, but not in the living area, Patio chairs could be better and include a table, chairs quite dirty, no mention that tub did not work, shower worked but handles for tub were broken, plus there was not a plug spout to fill the tub.

The only problem for me was i booked this resort in October while temperatures were mild. They front desk assured me to pool was heated and would be warm. It was not, and i requested front desk turn the heat on for my 3 year old, and they would not. So dont book this place for a heated pool, otherwise place is OK
